Swedish black metal act Watain have unleashed their sixth studio album ‘Trident Wolf Eclipse’ after a five-year gap between albums which marks the return to more traditional aggressive black metal.

The opener ‘Nuclear Alchemy’ gets the dark journey underway with sinister vibes and immediately asserts a more classic black metal style. With its explosive and foreboding unstoppable ending, this is the perfect opener and scene setter…

‘Sacred Damnation’ features some brilliant eerie guitar work throughout and is one of the most melodic, with it’s seeping moody sounds it is a must hear. ‘A Throne Below’ again it features a sense of hope and is very tuneful for black metal making it a dark masterpiece.

DEATH ALLEY Release New Single and Video “Murder Your Dreams”

Dutch destroyers DEATH ALLEY have released the video for their latest single “Murder Your Dreams”.

The song is taken off their upcoming album ‘Superbia’ which will be released on 23 March 2018 via Century Media Records.

GLASSJAW Exclusive London show announced & vinyl release date of “Material Control” revealed

Legendary New York influential post-hardcore band GLASSJAW have announced their return to the UK. They will play at London’s o2 Academy Brixton on 18/08/18. Tickets went on sale 9am Friday 2nd Febraury at www.gigsandtours.com / www.ticketmaster.co.uk

The band surprised their fans at the end of last year, dropping new album “MATERIAL CONTROL” on 1st December, unleashing the first new music in over a decade to a patient and dedicated fanbase. Dropped at barely a week’s notice, the highly anticipated album saw a rapturous reception from both fans and critics alike, with GLASSJAW’s fresh ferocity perfectly soundtracking the often puzzling and tumultuous period the world finds itself in currently.

BLEED FROM WITHIN reveal video for “Alive”; share release date for new album “Era” + announce UK release shows

BLEED FROM WITHIN are back! Five years in the making, “Era“ marks the return of the Scottish quintet and is set for release on 6th April 2018 via Century Media Records.

The album was recorded at Middle Farm Studios and BLEED FROM WITHIN headquarters between March – September 2017. The drums were produced and engineered by Adam ‘Nolly’ Getgood (Periphery, Animals As Leaders and more), who also mixed the album. It is the first release featuring their new guitar player, Steven Jones. The Scottish based producer/songwriter joined the band two years ago and has been an integral part of both writing, and recording.

DEATHRITE sign worldwide deal with Century Media Records

Century Media Records is proud to announce the signing of German death metal maniacs DEATHRITE for a worldwide deal.

Hailing from the cities of Dresden and Leipzig, the band has stirred up the cauldron of death metal quite a bit with their extremely well-received three studio albums, “Deathrite” (2011), “Into Extinction” (2013) and “Revelation Of Chaos” (2015). With heavy touring and their excellent live qualities, the four members have proven why DEATHRITE are among the most hopeful new acts of the worldwide extreme metal scene. Now they are setting their sails to conquer further shores. The band is currently writing new material for their eagerly awaited fourth studio album, which is about to be released in late 2018.
