The Lion’s Daughter stream third crushing track

THE LION’S DAUGHTER are now streaming the third crushing track taken from their new album, ‘Future Cult’, which has been slated for worldwide release on July 20th, 2018.

THE LION’S DAUGHTER comment: “When I was in the 5th grade I wrote a short story called ‘Grease Infant’ for a creative writing assignment. The story was about a baby who was aborted too late into the pregnancy and survived, so it’s father threw it into the pond behind the house where it drowned in slime but still remained alive. It lived there for years just haunting the father and wishing that it could die. Needless to say, my teachers were not happy. Some recent problems in my personal life regarding my aversion to reproduction sparked the memory of this story, and seemed like a good opportunity to tell the tale. And I’ll admit I kind of get a laugh out of knowing where the source material comes from.”

SKELETONWITCH hit us with the second track “When Paradise Fades” from their forthcoming album, Devouring Radiant Light out July 20th on Prothesthic Records. The band’s guitarist Nate Garnette calls it “a supercharged nano-epic that takes you from greasy rock n roll, to off-the-rails blackened destruction and beyond.” He further explains, “I tried to keep the intensity and grit front-and-center while making it a journey instead of a two-minute banger.”

FUNERAL MIST set release date for new NOEVDIA album! Full- Album Stream

Today, Norma Evangelium Diaboli announces June 15th as the international release date for Funeral Mist‘s massively anticipated third album, Hekatomb.

unnamed (4).jpg

Each new album by Funeral Mist, a band whose origins date back to the mid ’90s, is the equivalent of an earthquake, a devastation of biblical proportions. Salvation, released in 2003, was the epitome of frantic, hostile fanaticism. Maranatha, released in 2009, reeked of an all-engulfing decadence. Hekatomb builds on these grandiose fondations with decrepit odes, comparable to none but Funeral Mist. The intensity of the album is matched in uniqueness only by its odd structures, born from the deranged mind of a madman, and the haunting melodies that float eerily among the possessed voices of the damned are of a kind, once heard, never to be forgotten again.
