UNEARTH announce “The Death To False Metalcore” co-headline European tour

UNEARTH just announced a co-headline European tour with DARKEST HOUR in March/April 2019! Support acts will be MISERY SIGNALS, MALEVOLENCE and LEFT BEHIND.

UNEARTH frontman Trevor Phipps comments, “It’s been over two years since we’ve set foot in Europe and we are more than ready to return for the Death to False Metalcore tour. Hitting the road alongside our brothers in Darkest Hour as well as the stacked package of Misery Signals, Malevolence and Left Behind is something we are very much looking forward to. See you soon Europe!”

2018 marks the 20^th anniversary of LACUNA COIL’s debut. To celebrate this special year, they played an exceptional show on January 19 in London at the O2 Forum Kentish Town. The unique, one-time event was filmed and recorded for “The 119 Show – Live In London” which is out now.

MAMMOTHFEST announces additional headliners and supports for 2018

Mammothfest UK recently revealed their first announcement for 2018 in the form of headliners Polish death metallers Decapitated and now they have added 18 more of the total 50 bands to be added to the line-up as above!

It has long been the MAMMOTHFEST stance that customers do not need to spend a lot of money to attend a great festival, see incredible bands and complete the weekend feeling utterly fulfilled.

2018 is no exception with this stunning line up as Mammothfest continues to bring the biggest bands in the world to Brighton while maintaining the vital platforms necessary to give our worldwide emerging talent the opportunities they need to keep the life blood of our metal scene thriving!

HEAVEN SHALL BURN Kick Off ‘The Final March’ 2018 Tour on 08 March Plus Announce Reissue “Iconoclast” On Vinyl

On 08 March 2018, HEAVEN SHALL BURN will kick off the ‘The Final March’ tour with special guests August Burns Red, Whitechapel and In Hearts Wake.

This tour will be the last string of shows in support of the band’s latest album, “Wanderer”, which secured impressive positions in the international album charts such as #3 in Germany, #9 in Austria and #15 in Switzerland.

Furthermore, HEAVEN SHALL BURN and Century Media Records have teamed up to reissue 2008’s quintessential “Iconoclast (Part One: The Final Resistance)” album to celebrate its 10th anniversary. Set for release on 13 April 2018, it was mastered for vinyl and includes a poster, the album on CD and comes as a double vinyl with an etching on Side D.

Swedish black metal act Watain have unleashed their sixth studio album ‘Trident Wolf Eclipse’ after a five-year gap between albums which marks the return to more traditional aggressive black metal.

The opener ‘Nuclear Alchemy’ gets the dark journey underway with sinister vibes and immediately asserts a more classic black metal style. With its explosive and foreboding unstoppable ending, this is the perfect opener and scene setter…

‘Sacred Damnation’ features some brilliant eerie guitar work throughout and is one of the most melodic, with it’s seeping moody sounds it is a must hear. ‘A Throne Below’ again it features a sense of hope and is very tuneful for black metal making it a dark masterpiece.
