Dutch symphonic metal giants EPICA recently announced the release of their new album “Omega”, out on February 26th 2021 via Nuclear Blast. “Omega” is the band’s first studio album in five years. Today, the band release a music video for their mesmerizing third single, the ballad ‘Rivers’.

Finnish melodic metal band Evil Drive is taking big steps forward with their upcoming 3rd album, both musically and technically.
Evil Drive, started in 2013, plays melodic metal. Their music combines the melodic side of Iron Maiden, the heaviness of Slayer and a very charismatic female singer. Evil Drive has published 2 full-length albums: The Land of The Dead (2016) and Ragemaker (2018). Both albums received excellent feedback from the media. The much awaited third album Demons Within will be published 2.4.2021 worldwide by Reaper Entertainment Europe and it will be distributed by Universal Music.
EKTOMORF have revealed the third single off their upcoming album, Reborn, out January 22 via Napalm Records! On “Smashing The Past”, the Hungarian thrash metal power machine is at their best: speedy, crushing guitar riffs and smashing drums upon angry, hateful vocals by singer and guitarist Zoltan “Zoli” Farkas, topped off with a dizzying guitar solo. This is thrash metal in its truest form!

“This was the very first song I wrote for Reborn – not a single note, nor a beat changed since the day of writing this song until the day we recorded this in the studio. You can still prominently feel the influences from our predecessor album Fury on this track: fast, aggressive, with a groovy breakdown and spiced with a killer solo to top it off! In my opinion, this it’s the perfect last single off the new album – pure thrash!”
Following the unexpected, sinister cover of EIFFEL 65’s 1998 hit single “Blue (Da Ba Dee),” celebrated orchestral death metal masters FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE have released a playthrough video for their version of the track, “Blue (Turns To Red),” featuring their monstrous drummer Eugene Ryabchenko.
Commenting on the playthrough, Ryabchenko states:
“Not gonna lie I never thought a pop hit could be this challenging on drums. With Fleshgod’s signature sound the arrangements took a completely different form. I am pretty sure one way or another it “blue” some people’s minds.”
