Matthew Kiichi Heafy, the Japanese-American musician best known as the guitarist and lead vocalist for the Grammy-nominated heavy metal band Trivium, has just released more solo material. This time, he offers his creative take on a popular and enduring sea shanty.

The interactive concert experiences titled An Evening with Nightwish In a Virtual World, that will kick off their Human. :II: Nature. World Tour have been rescheduled from March to May due to changes in the band’s touring schedule. The new dates are Friday May 28th and Saturday May 29th 2021.

Aryokal is a Finnish band that creates esoteric electronic music. Antti Ruokola is responsible for the band’s compositions and soundscapes while Pekka Loponen handles the vocals. The band’s influences come on a large scale from bands / artists with a darker atmosphere. You can hear influences on the new single, Vexilla, from artists like Ulver, Nick Cave etc.
