After working in the background for mighty Wolfheart it is time for Mika Juhani Kankainen to step into the spotlight with his own solo project SHADE OF SORROW. Debut single NO RETURN is out today and is the first of series of singles to be released during 2021. Just released single can be viewed on Youtube and listened on all digital streaming platforms.

AUGUST BURNS RED ANNOUNCE GUARDIANS SESSIONS EP AND SHARES NEW SONG ‘ICARUS’
Twice Grammy-nominated band AUGUST BURNS RED — JB Brubaker [lead guitar], Brent Rambler [rhythm guitar], Matt Greiner [drums], Jake Luhrs [lead vocals], and Dustin Davidson [bass] — have been sharing previously unreleased tracks, such as a cover of System of a Down’s ‘Chop Suey!’ and their metalized rendition of the theme song for the HBO series Westworld, over the past several months.
Today, the Lancaster-based band revealed that these songs (and more) will live on theGuardians Sessions EP.

SABBATONERO: Venom Inc’s Tony Dolan launches charity project, tribute album to Black Sabbath featuring Marty Friedman, James Murphy & Mantas among others
VENOM INC. bassist/vocalist Tony ‘Demolition Man’ Dolan along with Francesco Conte from NEROMEGA/SPIRITUAL FRONT have launched a new project, SABBATONERO, with a tribute album to BLACK SABBATH entitled “L’Uomo Di Ferro”, featuring many international artists and musicians, including Marty Friedman, James Murphy (ex DEATH, OBITUARY, DISINCARNATE), Mantas (VENOM INC.) and Snowy Shaw (ex KING DIAMOND, DREAM EVIL).
The album will soon be available on digital and vinyl/CD versions via Italy’s Time To Kill Records.

Blackfog Stream New EP in Full
Liski, Voronezh (RU) based black metal formation BLACKFOG have partnered with Black Metal Promotion for the premiere the pre-release full-album stream of their new EP ”One Touch is Enough”.
The 3-track outing (clocking in at over 21 minutes in length) was released February 28th ,2021 (CD/Digital) via Ground Media Group.
