Amaranthe have dropped new single, ‘Inferno’ with an accompanying music lyric video. The track is available as an instant download upon the pre-order of their electrifying fifth album HELIX –due out October 19 through Spinefarm Records.
BURY TOMORROW reveal their brand new video for new single ‘More Than Mortal’, which is the 3rd single taken from their recent 5th album ‘Black Flame’ – out now on Music For Nations.
From bass player Davyd Winter-Bates – “The idea of the video came from taking the theme of the song to its ultimate progression. The exploitation of the the masses from celebrity and corporation is portrayed as its own pseudo-future religion and the Black Flame are here to bring it down. We wanted it to feel disorienting and nightmarish, physically showing the “lifting of the veil” on celebrity culture exposing the exploitation and removing its power on those it preys on.”
“It was insanely fun working closely with the creative team on this one to do something different for us and the performances from Charity Kase and the rest of the actors are next level. The song has already become a fan favourite from Black Flame so we’re very excited to bring that to life visually as well.”

NORTHWARD, is the hard rock project from well-renowned musicians Floor Jansen (Nightwish) and Jorn Viggo Lofstad (Pagan’s Mind), who will be releasing their debut self-titled album on October 19th, 2018 through Nuclear Blast.
The project sees a step away from both musicians normal style and approach and is a very diverse album. It was during the ‘All Star Jam’ at Progpower USA Festival in 2007, when current Nightwish singer Floor Jansen and Pagan’s Mind guitarist Jorn Viggo Lofstad first performed together on stage for some cover songs. Their mutual love for hard rock bought them together and they composed an album quickly after in 2008 but due to their other music commitments that album was put on hold until now, with the release being ten year’s later after it was first made. Floor seized the opportunity to get the project back on track in 2017 when Nightwish took a break and luckily it was time, so 2018 will finally see the release of their anticipated musical side project Northward.
Their new album “Chapter IV: Antartarctica” will be released on 28th September.
Evil Scarecrow’s fourth album sees them take another giant leap forward with the release of this sumptuous monster of a record, blending metal and melodies with riffs, roars and razor wit, it is everything you would expect from these multi-talented and exceptionally creative musicians. Chapter IV: Antartarctica sees this unique band keeping their own surreal space-time continuum moving ever onwards & upwards, running as smoothly as only Evil Scarecrow can.
