CANE HILL announce new single/video “Power Of The High”

NOLA’s Cane Hill are back with their first new heavy material in 2 years. The single, ‘Power Of The High’, which originally premiered on the Radio 1 Rock show, is both brutal and arresting.

“‘Power Of The High’ is inconsolable fury & anguish. An accumulation of the woes, trails, & tribulations of our recent years from mind-altering aficionados to unwilling servants drowning in the unforgiving tides of the music industry we’ve found ourselves passionately emboldened by the rage fostered whilst stuck between our realities.” says singer Elijah Witt.  He continues “a declaration of third-eye-rebellion, ‘Power Of The High’ is a calling to everyone we know & may meet to join us in breaking the mould that’s been given to you by a higher power & realise the divine being you always have been.”

BURY TOMORROW Release new video for single ‘More Than Mortal’

unnamed (33)

BURY TOMORROW reveal their brand new video for new single ‘More Than Mortal’, which is the 3rd single taken from their recent 5th album ‘Black Flame’ – out now on Music For Nations.

From bass player Davyd Winter-Bates – “The idea of the video came from taking the theme of the song to its ultimate progression. The exploitation of the the masses from celebrity and corporation is portrayed as its own pseudo-future religion and the Black Flame are here to bring it down. We wanted it to feel disorienting and nightmarish, physically showing the “lifting of the veil” on celebrity culture exposing the exploitation and removing its power on those it preys on.”

“It was insanely fun working closely with the creative team on this one to do something different for us and the performances from Charity Kase and the rest of the actors are next level. The song has already become a fan favourite from Black Flame so we’re very excited to bring that to life visually as well.”

CANE HILL premiered their new single ‘Too Far Gone’ via Dan P. Carter’s Radio One Rock Show and have today, dropped the video for the track.

The song was produced by Wzrd Bld (Motionless in White, We Came as Romans) and the video was directed by Brendan Barone and Sam Shapiro, with animation provided by Toon 53 Productions.

“This song is about our short and dangerously intense romance with LSD. We went down a rabbit hole and I’m not sure how we came back. But Cane Hill’s here — bigger and better,” the band said. “This is in your face Cane Hill. The real Cane Hill. No makeup or gimmicks — just musicians playing aggressive ass music that’s meant to stick in your head and you won’t want to get it out.”
