CANE HILL announce new single/video “Power Of The High”


NOLA’s Cane Hill are back with their first new heavy material in 2 years. The single, ‘Power Of The High’, which originally premiered on the Radio 1 Rock show, is both brutal and arresting.

“‘Power Of The High’ is inconsolable fury & anguish. An accumulation of the woes, trails, & tribulations of our recent years from mind-altering aficionados to unwilling servants drowning in the unforgiving tides of the music industry we’ve found ourselves passionately emboldened by the rage fostered whilst stuck between our realities.” says singer Elijah Witt.  He continues “a declaration of third-eye-rebellion, ‘Power Of The High’ is a calling to everyone we know & may meet to join us in breaking the mould that’s been given to you by a higher power & realise the divine being you always have been.”

KATLA release video single “Sálarsvefn”


KATLA have unleashed a curse in the shape of a video clip for the song ‘Sálarsvefn‘, which is taken from the Icelanders’ forthcoming second full-length “Allt þetta helvítis myrkur“, which has been scheduled for release on November 13th. Album details can be found below.

Ana Argan List was formed early 2020 as a solo project by Edvin Johansson before known as a founder of the black metal band Orngòth. Edvin has now departed the band to fully focus his attentions on his new solo venture. The upcoming self-titled four-track EP is due for release November 1st via Ground Media Group. DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL ADDS 17 BANDS TO THE 2021 LINE UP


Download Festival, the world’s premier rock event, has announced 17 new bands for 2021, including the mighty Megadeth, Descendents, Boston Manor, Northlane, Venom Prison, Salem, The Skints, Renounced, Static Dress, The Injester and more. They will join the already stellar line up, headlined by KISS, Biffy Clyro and System Of A Down. The Crobar – Famous London Rock Bar Launches Crowdfunder


In 2001 The Crobar opened in Soho because the owner saw a need for a dedicated Rock bar for the thousands of Rock and Heavy Metal fans that live in London.
 
London’s Rock community agreed, and The Crobar became the hang out for bands, crew, journalists, promoters and fans of all things Rock n’ Roll, not just from London but the world over. Over the years, the Crobar has paid host to numerous rock legends including Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters), Lars Ulrich (Metallica), Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden), Kerry King (Slayer) and Dave Mustaine (Megadeth), to name but a few, as well as international superstars such as Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, P!nk and Kiefer Sutherland.
