Metalcore outfit RIGHTEOUS VENDETTA Reveal “War Is Killing Us All” music video

Metalcore outfit RIGHTEOUS VENDETTA are excited to reveal the music video for their ferocious single, “War Is Killing Us All”, taken off of their debut CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS album, “Cursed”, which was released in early 2017.

Guitarist Justin Olmstead commented, “Everything came together perfectly for the ‘War Is Killing Us All’ video. The song is dark and aggressive, so we wanted to go at it in a unique way that would actually capture the attitude. Capture the mentality of twisted distress and borderline insanity, while portraying that most battles are created and sustained in our own minds, ultimately attacking ourselves. Vince Lundi and the crew absolutely killed it on our POV concept, and everyone at the Ohio State Reformatory was so cool in opening their doors and allowing us virtually free reign on sections of the prison to get the shots we needed to get. Everyone had such a great time hanging out and checking out the prison that it didn’t even feel like a video shoot. Definitely an experience we will always remember.”

FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE Robbed In Gothenburg, Sweden

Fleshgod Apocalypse’s  Francesco Paoli shot video yesterday to social media, that the band got robbed durinig their European tour in Gothenburg, Sweden.

As a result of the theft, the band will miss the final tour dates.

“IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ AND SHARE!
Hello friends, we’re sorry to inform you that we’ll not be able to make it for the last four shows of this tour: Copenhagen, Hamburg, Brasov and Mannheim.
Last night some miserable pieces of shit broke into our van and stole our full live rig, production tools and stage props, drums gear, our signature custom-made guitars and bass (by Rufini Guitars), merchandise and various spare parts. Please let us know if you spot one of those turds trying to resell our stuff online.

MAMMOTHFEST announces additional headliners and supports for 2018

Mammothfest UK recently revealed their first announcement for 2018 in the form of headliners Polish death metallers Decapitated and now they have added 18 more of the total 50 bands to be added to the line-up as above!

It has long been the MAMMOTHFEST stance that customers do not need to spend a lot of money to attend a great festival, see incredible bands and complete the weekend feeling utterly fulfilled.

2018 is no exception with this stunning line up as Mammothfest continues to bring the biggest bands in the world to Brighton while maintaining the vital platforms necessary to give our worldwide emerging talent the opportunities they need to keep the life blood of our metal scene thriving!

Blackened death metallers Demonic Resurrection from Mumbai, India formed back in 2000 and are at the forefront of the metal scene in their country. Since their formation, they have signed with Candlelight Records and had their music distributed by Universal Music as well as winning some impressive accolades such as Metal Hammer Golden God Winners 2010 and Rolling Stone Metal Award Winners 2010 & 2014 across various categories. Their latest album ‘Dashavatar’ was released last year (2017) but although ideas have begun for a potential sixth album things seem uncertain for the band and a new album may not be on the cards for a while or at all as vocalist/rhythm guitarist, Sahil “The Demonstealer” Makhija honestly discusses the bands past, present and future, including their upcoming UK tour in May which they are very excited for…

Can you tell us about your formation back in 2000?

I was 18 years old when I formed Demonic Resurrection but I had been writing material since 2 years prior and I had been looking for band members since then. I was frustrated with not finding members for the band and was ready to go on stage with my computer and play a show. Lucky for me I ran into an old school friend Prashant (who was studying in America but returned to India for a break) and he agreed to join the band and with him came another schoolmate of mine Aditya who played guitar and a drummer Yash who was living in their area. I asked another friend of mine Farhad who was a keyboardist to join us. This is how I managed to get the first line up of the band together.
