Dark Metal artist THE HATE CLUB (Alex Poe) has released the official music video for “Cursed”! The brutal new track is the first single off of his upcoming, debut LP, and features the artist performing the track live in his native Ukrainian. Directed by Matt Zane (SOCIETY 1) and shot by Arthur Grigoryan, “Cursed” gives fans a big dose of the band’s intensity and raw musicianship in a way that will satisfy even the most discerning metal fan!

KORPIKLAANI release new single ‘Krystallomantia’ alongside lyric video


Finnish folk metallers KORPIKLAANI have released a new single called ‘Krystallomantia‘, which sees the band couple their trademark sound with their most politically influenced lyrics to date. The melancholic, yet upbeat anti-war song was written about Ukraine and the ongoing Russian invasion currently taking place. In addition, KORPIKLAANI played a charity show for Ukrainian troops, families and innocent victims at Faine Miste Festival in Poland on August 26th 2022.

Pink Floyd to Release Brand New Single For Ukraine Featuring Andriy Khlyvnyuk From Boombox


Thursday 7 April – Tomorrow, Pink Floyd will release new music in support of the people of Ukraine entitled ‘Hey Hey Rise Up’.

This is the first new original music that they have recorded together as a band since 1994’s The Division Bell.

The track sees David Gilmour and Nick Mason joined by long time Pink Floyd bass player Guy Pratt and Nitin Sawhney on keyboards and features an extraordinary vocal performance by Andriy Khlyvnyuk of Ukrainian band Boombox.

DEE SNIDER Reveals “Stand (for Ukraine)” Awareness Music Video, Launches World United Live Support Campaign


Legendary heavy metal vocalist DEE SNIDER recently announced his steadfast support of the people of Ukraine using Twisted Sister’s “We’re Not Gonna Take It” as their battle cry anthem, and within just days, became heavily involved at the forefront of World United Live. The platform operates with the goal of raising awareness that may otherwise be shielded from the Russian people, to digitally, simultaneously protest in support of Ukraine, and to eventually coordinate the world’s largest aid concert to help them rebuild.

European Metal Festival Alliance launches ‘Metal United’ charity t-shirt


Members of the European Metal Festival Alliance (EMFA), have launched a new ‘Metal United’ t-shirt, with all proceeds going to a recognised relief charity to aid Ukrainian people most in need in their current crisis.

The festivals taking part in this fundraiser – Alcatraz Hard Rock & Metal Festival, Belgium; Art Mania Festival, Romania; Bloodstock Open Air, Great Britain; Brutal Assault, Czech Republic; Dynamo Metal Fest, Holland; Inferno Metal Festival, Norway; Into The Grave, Holland; Leyendas Del Rock, Spain; Midgardsblot, Norway; Motocultor Festival, France; Party.San Metal Open Air, Germany; Resurrection Fest, Spain; and Summer Breeze Open Air, Germany – are all united against war and oppression, and welcome all people, no matter what country they are from, or what race or religion they are. The festivals want to make plain that they are not for Ukrainians and against Russians; that they wish most of all to just help people who are in need in these troubling times.
