FIREWIND Release New Video ‘We Defy’+ On EU Tour Now

Greek melodic Power metal masters FIREWIND, who are continuing to promote their latest album “Immortals” on a European tour together with Rage, have launched a new video clip for the track ‘We Defy’ now.

FIREWIND guitarist and bandleader Gus G. checked in with the following comment from the road:

“Hello friends and Happy New Year! We’ve kicked off 2018 in a great way, touring all over Europe with the legendary Rage. The first few shows of the tour have been insane!

In December, we captured some of this magic on camera when we played our hometown Thessaloniki in Greece. The video for the song ‘We Defy’ gives you an idea of the excitement and energy at a FIREWIND show. We hope you enjoy it and hope to see you at a show!”

British Grunge Rockers WEAK13 Release New Viking Inspired Video For ‘Loyal Coward’

British independent band WEAK13 have released the ‘Loyal Coward’ music video set in the Viking Age today (January 13th 2018) featuring the Svartland Living History Society. who hail from Wolverley, near Kidderminster. Their latest music video, taken from their album ‘They Live’, is definitely the most commercial sounding WEAK13 song to date but nothing is ever quite what it seems in regards to how the band functions.

Normally a WEAK13 tune is coated in semiotics, subliminal messages or loud subtext but the first glance of ‘Loyal Coward’ appears surprisingly landmine free, extremely mainstream and very radio friendly. Whilst on the surface it appears as if this is them selling out it’s more than likely that this a clever rouse rather than a U-Turn but are they really playing with people’s minds?

ORPHANED LAND release single and lyric video for “We Do Not Resist”

Oriental metal pioneers, ORPHANED LAND, have just released a video and digital single for their new song “We Do Not Resist”, taken from their upcoming album “Unsung Prophets & Dead Messiahs”, which will be released on January 26th, 2018.

Kobi Farhi explains, “After our first single ‘Like Orpheus’, it is time to present you the angry side of our new album. Growls, straight forward protest text against the fact that we do not resist. I won’t say too much, listen to it, read the lyrics. It’s a kick into your face.”

SepticFlesh release video for “Martyr” in advance of European tour

London Crossover crew TRC are back with brand new song “Moaner”.

Formed all the way back in 2004, TRC rose from the grit of the underground London Hardcore scene with some DIY eps and full lengths, taking the UKHC scene by storm with a sound completely their own, hitting the road hard and devastating huge festivals like Download and Sonisphere.
