Children Of Bodom frontman Alexi Laiho may be forced to change the band’s name following the departure of founding drummer Jaska Raatikainen, bassist Henri Seppälä, and keyboardist Janne Wirman which was announced earlier this month. Their final show with the band will be on December 15th at the Black Box in Helsinki, Finland.

Norwegian black metal act ABBATH which is the solo project of former IMMORTAL frontman Abbath have cancelled the rest of their South American tour dates.
The band released a statement today about the cancellation:
Swedish metal crew BOMBUS release “In The Shadows” taken from their new album “Vulture Culture”, to be released on November 15th.

According to a statement from the band, guitarists Alexi Laiho and Daniel Freyberg will continue on as Children Of Bodom.
