Texas Rock Band BLACKTOP MOJO has released an animated, “Jealousy/Make Believe,” a two track compilation and first installment for the 3 song concept within their 2021 released, self-titled album. Created by front-man MATT JAMES and bassist CATT MURTIS on the porch of the band’s house in Palestine, TX, with an acoustic guitar, “Jealousy/Make Believe” blossomed in Nashville with the help of producer PHILIP MOSLEY. The animated video will be released in two parts, with part two concluding the story with “Darlin I Won’t Tell,’ which will be released later.

The eighth full length studio album from the Berlin sextet, Zeit’s April 29, 2022 release date lands almost exactly three years to the day of its predecessor, Rammstein’s 2019 untitled album that shot straight to the top of 14 international charts—including the U.S. top 10—following the longest break between albums of their career to date.
Aussie rockers, You’ll See One Day, have released their latest single “The Letter” as of 4/22/22. “The Letter” is a powerful ballad-esque track with meaningful lyrics intended to move the listener. “The Letter” surrounds the sensitive subject of suicide and You’ll See One Day does the topic justice by taking their highly impactful lyricism and matching it with an equally driving rhythm section to invoke an emotional and mental response from their audience.
Final Light, a one-time only project featuring Perturbator and Cult of Luna’s Johannes Persson, release their self-titled album on June 24 via Red Creek.
The project is the result of both a recently discovered kinship and the opportunity for Perturbator, at the request of Roadburn’s Walter Hoeijmakers, to do a commissioned piece with a musician of his choice for the festival’s 2020 iteration, which of course did not happen.
