REVIEW by Carina Lawrence
Swedish metal band Sabaton’s “The Tour To End All Tours” concert film aired in theatres in Europe, the UK and Australia on October 11, 2024. As a huge Sabaton fan, I visited my local UK cinema to check out this heavy metal concert experience.
I was fortunate enough to attend the London date of “The Tour To End All Tours” last year on April 15, 2023. It was a spectacle, especially since it was my first time seeing Sabaton. It was a memorable and fantastic show with fire, guns and dramatic theatrics. It is one of my favourite shows so far, so I was excited to relive that experience in this cinematic experience.

Hellsinki Metal Festival – Winter Edition 2024 Announcement
The Hellsinki Metal Festival, which sold out on its second day in August, is also expanding into a winter event. Hellsinki Metal Festival – Winter Edition 2024 roars on December 14 at Helsinki’s Kaapelitehdas, and the performers of the first indoor festival will be Dark Funeral, one of the best in Swedish black metal, Belphegor, Austria’s gift to lovers of blackened death metal, and domestic experts in the field Kyy and Omnivortex.
Kaapelitehdas was not chosen as the venue for the event by chance – metal has been celebrated in the same place during the years of the Finnish Metal Expo fair, and Hellsinki Metal Festival promoter Toni Törrönen also remembers those events fondly.
