Formed in 1968, the original Alice Cooper band forged a theatrical brand of hard rock that was destined to shock and had never been seen before. Within five years, they would release no fewer than seven studio albums, amongst them their international breakthrough School’s Out (including the Top 10 hit of the same name) and the U.S. #1 Billion Dollar Babies (1973).
By 1974, the band had risen to the upper echelon of rock stardom… and then it dissolved.
The music world’s most intriguing storytellers, Coheed and Cambria, have announced that they’ve added Alkaline Trio as direct support on their massive 2022 North American summer headline tour which also features special guests Mothica. Deemed the “A Window of The Waking Mind Tour,” the run marks the band’s first major headline tour in five years. The upcoming trek will kick off on July 12th and see the band performing at some of the largest venues of their career in major cities across the continent including Boston, Philadelphia, Nashville, Denver, Queens, Toronto, Los Angeles and more.
