The Devil Wears Prada — Mike Hranica [vocals], Jeremy DePoyster [vocals, guitar], Mason Nagy [bass], Kyle Sipress [guitar], Jonathan Gering [keys, synthesizers], and Giuseppe Capolupo [drums] — will release the deluxe edition of their eighth album Color Decay on 5th May via Solid State. ALCEST announce ‘Ecailles De Lune’ anniversary tour for autumn 2023 + share video portrait


Following an extensive festival season last year and having just wrapped a South American tour, the French post black metal two-piece ALCEST have taken some time to reflect on their rich past as one of the world’s most visionary metal acts. Today, the band are proud to announce their Écailles De Lune – 10th Anniversary Tour‘, which had previously been postponed several times. ALCEST’s second studio album was released in March 2010 to widespread acclaim, and the tour will honour this milestone in their impressive discography.
2023 will finally see the band on tour celebrating Ecailles De Lune alongside their special guests The Devil’s Trade.

THE MARS VOLTA NEW ALBUM ‘Que Dios Te Maldiga Mi Corazón’ Plus Special Releases Announced For Record Store Day


The Mars Volta have officially released ‘Que Dios Te Maldiga Mi Corazón’ – an acoustic and reimagined version of their 2022 fan and critically acclaimed comeback album ‘The Mars Volta’.

Much more than a simple “un- plugged” version of ‘The Mars Volta’ – the bands self-titled seventh album and return as a band – this acoustic rendition furthers the mission of the source music, which drew into sharper focus the traditional Latin influences that have always inspired Omar Rodríguez-López and Cedric Bixler-Zavala. This is, says Rodríguez- López, The Mars Volta’s version of a “folk record”, tracing the melodies and rhythms of the parent album back to their traditional Caribbean roots and challenging listeners to hear the group in an entirely new light.

Download Festival reveals more artists for 2023 line-up


The line-up for Download Festival’s 20th anniversary has expanded with a further 12 names added to the weekend’s programme. All stage splits for the four days have also been revealed. The special anniversary edition, taking place for the first time over four days on 8-11 June 2023 at Donington Park, will now feature Cancer Bats, Casey, Hundred Reasons, Puscifer, State Champs and more, alongside headliners Bring Me The Horizon, Slipknot and Metallica, who will perform two headline sets with no repeat songs.
