It’s a long lasting tradition that at the end of the year, DORO always tours around Germany. In 2017, the metal queen will kick off some live shows in her homeland once again. After her winter tour in 2016 was a great success with lots of sold out shows, DORO is today announcing the dates for the „Strong & Proud“ tour in 2017.

Black metal pioneers SAMAEL from Switzerland have signed a worldwide record deal with Napalm Records! The band is working on a new album, which will be released later in 2017.

Founded in 1987 as an old school black metal act that was influenced by the likes of Bathory, fellow countrymen Celtic Frost, and Venom, the brothers Vorph and Xy later developed the band’s style further towards a more industrial dark metal sound that found its high peak in those legendary album such as “Passage” and “Eternal”.

Napalm’s A&R Sebastian Münch states:
“I could not be prouder! Today we would like to announce the worldwide signing of the Swiss cult band SAMAEL! SAMAEL has created some of the most lethal and authentic Black Metal albums with “Blood Ritual” and “Ceremony of Opposites”! FOSCOR hail from Catalonia, which is still yet largely unwilling part of modern Spain. With Barcelona as its capital this region has a long artistic tradition with the fin de siècle style of Modernisme a parallel development to Art Nouveau and Jugendstil among others forming one of its major achievements. Catalonia has also left its mark in the extreme music scene of Spain. FOSCOR have already finished recording their forthcoming fifth full-length, which will be released in the course of 2017. The new project “Vimic” put together by Joey Jordison (formerly known from Slipknot) are set to play their first UK shows this March. The release of their debut album, ‘Open Your Omen’ will follow soon after the tour.
