Guitarist Jason Hook is storming out of the gates with his new band FLAT BLACK. The former Five Finger Death Punch guitarist has recruited a trio of young and talented turks, and the band has signed with Fearless Records for its debut album, the details of which are TBA. The album was recorded at his home studio in Las Vegas and produced by Hook.

PARADISE LOST ANNOUNCE 30TH ANNIVERSARY REISSUE OF ‘ICON’ & EUROPEAN TOUR DATES
In 1993 Paradise Lost released their gothic metal masterpiece ‘Icon’, an album that defined the genre and made them one of the best metal bands the UK has ever produced.
To celebrate the album’s 30th anniversary, the gothic metal legends have announced details of their Embers of Europe Tour for December this year. The band have also revealed details of a very special vinyl reissue of ‘Icon’ to coincide with these dates.

Folk prog trio CELLAR DARLING have revealed details of a run of headline shows throughout the UK and Europe for this October. Support for all shows will come from IAMTHEMORNING and MAER.
The band comments “After the incredible shows we got to share with our fans in the UK and North America at the end of last year, it was time for us to retreat and write new music — and yes, we’ll soon share more on how that is going. But in the meantime, we just can’t sit still! So we decided to fulfil a wish we had for some time and invited the incredible Iamthemorning to share the stage with us for a series of very special autumn evenings. And it just so happens that our very own Anna Murphy has recently released a collaboration with Iamthemorning’s Marjana Semkina in the form of the dark folk/chamber prog project Maer, who will be making an exclusive appearance as well. BATTLE BEAST announce UK/EU winter tour dates
BATTLE BEAST released their ludicrously brilliant latest album Circus Of Doom in early 2022, which was celebrated live on stage later in the year with a hugely successful European-wide tour, including three rapturous UK dates.
