In commemoration of Wormrot’s original line-up reuniting to resume their genius in unleashing exquisite noise together, the band have announced a new album ‘TNT’.
Recorded live from TNT Studios in their homeland Singapore, ‘TNT’ features 12 tracks from across the band’s discography, including songs from their latest album ‘HISS’ and their debut album ‘Abuse’. ‘TNT’ sees Rasyid Juraimi (guitar), Arif Rot (vocals) and Fitri Hamid (drums) rip through an exhilarating live in-studio set, capturing the grindcore concoction that the metal world became enraptured by almost two decades ago.

As the band prepares to release their brand new studio album Sleepless Empire, Italian metal titans LACUNA COIL have released the ultimate single ‘I Wish You Were Dead’ alongside a stunning music video.
‘I Wish You Were Dead’ is about the emotional turmoil and struggle that accompanies toxic relationships. The song’s video, which premieres this evening at 8pm GMT, takes the track’s heavy theme and spins it into a romantic Goth tale just in time for Valentine’s Day. Filmed by Martina L McLean in a church in Capranica, a small town north of Rome, it marks a first in the history of LACUNA COIL: the band performing a choreography!
On the new single, the band shares: “We all have this person we wish never existed, right? We all felt the need to erase the same person from our thoughts, someone who hurt us that it’s still in our mind. We wanted to write heavier lyrics on a happier musical canvas. Also we are a little tired of being politically correct at all costs…”
Sleepless Empire marks the tenth studio album of LACUNA COIL, released 14th February via Century Media Records. It is the first long play release after their remake album Comalies XX, which came out 2022. The new album comprises eleven new tracks; and each one is a richly textured soundtrack to a specific time and a place. With Sleepless Empire, that place is dark, cinematic, and unmistakably true to the unique characteristics that have given LACUNA COIL such a celebrated entry in the annals of heavy music. KVRMA is a high energy rock and metal band hailing from Central Pennsylvania. The band consists of musicians with years of experience. Secretly beginning in August of 2023, the band quickly began writing music and recording at Atrium Audio with Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland. The band released their first single “SILENCE” in April of 2024 and subsequently announced the forming of the band to the public.
In under a year of being an official band, KVRMA have recorded and released an entire EP, they have done three music videos acquiring thousands of views, and are looking to get more under their belt. Their debut performance was opening for New Years Day. This is only the beginning.

“This album is about the space before everything,” says drummer -Brian Steele Medina.
“It’s the chaos, the void—where transformation begins. We stopped worrying about what people expected and just made something real, a ritual of transmutation that we want to take our listeners through, step by step. We’re releasing this album one song one at a time because each piece is part of a bigger picture, and we want each one to have a chance to breathe. It’s a journey,” adds guitarist -Meegs Rascón.
Vocalist Aaron Nordstrom continues, “This album is a departure from the norm. We didn’t want to just be loud for the sake of it; we wanted to be true. This is us, unapologetically.”

The album’s sound is forged by the unique contributions of each band member. Meegs Rascón delivers dark, atmospheric guitar work, blending heavy riffs with brooding melodies that push the music’s intensity. AP Paveri’s intricate basslines provide a deep, pulsing foundation, amplifying the album’s relentless energy. Brian Steele Medina commands the rhythm section with thunderous drumming—dynamic, primal, and explosive. At the forefront, Aaron Nordstrom’s vocals shift between haunting vulnerability and searing power, carving a direct emotional connection with the listener. Together, these four forces create a sonic landscape that is both primal and transcendent—a fusion of aggression, introspection, and raw authenticity.
