In a groundbreaking event, Finnish Metal icons SWALLOW THE SUN featuring the Avant-Garde BALLET FINLAND are set to present their collaborative performance, “Plague of Butterflies”, during 70000TONS OF METAL in 2025. This unique performance will make its World Premiere outside of Finland in January 2025, on board The Original, The World’s Biggest Heavy Metal Cruise, with two separate presentations of the work occurring whilst on board. Following each of the two performances of “Plague of Butterflies”, SWALLOW THE SUN will play two different regular sets as well.

SPIRITBOX CONFIRM BIGGEST LONDON SHOW YET
Rocket-fuelled Canadian act SPIRITBOX have today announced their biggest London show yet. The group will perform at the legendary Alexandra Palace on 13th February, 2025. This will be Spiritbox‘s only UK headline show in 2025.
Tickets are expected to fly as soon as they go on sale. The group’s last London shows – multiple nights at the iconic Roundhouse in Camden – sold out in minutes. Presales begin immediately, and tickets will go on general sale at 10am on Wednesday 28th August. Set your alarm and don’t delay if you want to go!

Omnium Gatherum Share Live Video For “New Dynamic”
The Finnish melodic metal masters OMNIUM GATHERUM are releasing a new live video to celebrate their upcoming tour in Japan and China next month. The video for their classic “New Dynamic” was shot in their hometown of Kotka during the Dark River Festival in 2023 and features the live sound of the performance.
