Download Festival, the greatest rock and metal festival of all time, is back to celebrate its epic 20 year legacy with four headline sets for the first time ever. Announced today are headliners Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon and Metallica, who will deliver two massive no-repeat performances. This year the festival will take place over four days on 8-11 June 2023 at the spiritual home of rock in Donington Park, Leicestershire. General tickets are onsale at 10am on Thursday 10 November at www.downloadfestival.co.uk.

Ahead of any announcement for the main three full days (Thursday 6th, Friday 7th and Saturday 8th July 2023), 2000trees can now announce (nearly all of) the Wednesday Forest Stage line up, which will see a very limited number of festival go-ers given an extra days access to the event.

It’s that time again already, when BLOODSTOCK kicks off its grass roots-supporting ‘Metal 2 The Masses’ scheme, which gives unsigned and DIY bands the chance of being part of the BLOODSTOCK festival experience.
M2TM 2022 was without doubt the biggest BLOODSTOCK New Blood initiative to date and the festival managed to capture the bands, the fans, and grab a chat with a few of the promoters hosting the events, alongside chief M2TM organiser Simon Hall.
