The greatest rock and metal festival of all time, Download Festival, announces 44 new names and the day splits for 2023’s mammoth line-up. New names include the blistering Halestorm, Alter Bridge, Neck Deep, Bob Vylan, Carcass, Five Finger Death Punch, Jinjer, Coheed and Cambria, Electric Callboy, Hot Milk and The Amity Affliction, who will join the celebration of Download’s 20-year legacy at the hallowed grounds of Donington Park across four days over 8-11 June 2023. They join headliners Slipknot, Bring Me The Horizon and Metallica, who will deliver two massive no-repeat performances. Download Festival is witnessing its fastest ever selling year, with Early Bird tickets and the much sought-after RIP packages selling out in record time, following the launch party on Monday at London’s NoMad hotel. The UK’s biggest rock and metal festival returned to its full glory with its first full-scale event three years after the pandemic following the historic pilot event last year. It was a surreal and joyful feeling to be back at Donnington for festival goers and bands alike and was the sentiment of the weekend. We have all waited so long for live music to return, and it was worth the wait. The variety and calibre of music, the atmosphere and unusually stunning sunny weather made this anticipated return even better.

Hot off winning Kerrang!’s ‘The Deal’ after a unanimous decision from an esteemed panel of judges that included Sophie K (OWWWB / Kerrang! Radio), Kamran Haq (Live Nation), Loz Guest (Kerrang! Radio) and many more. ANIIMALIA were crowned the winners of a competition that saw over a thousand entrants take part. Today the band reveal the first track from their forthcoming EP, to released on August 19th titled ‘Pressure Points’.
