Post/Math metallers OCCULTA VERITAS premiere two tracks

Occulta Veritas is the one-man-band from Daniele Vergine, known for his work with Noise Trail Immersion.

With the band’s debut LP “The Inner Wail” set to be released tomorrow, March 24th, via Moment Of Collapse Records (Downfall of Gaia, Heaven In Her Arms, Cloud Rat), Occulta Veritas is now streaming two singles in advance which you can listen above!

The music, fully instrumental, presents itself as a combination of Post and Math Metal and is strongly influenced by genres like Black Metal and Hardcore.

The artist’s intention with this album in particular was to create a very intimate and personal record, characterized by a melodramatic feel. For fans of Dysrhythmia, Converge, Capsule, Amia Venera Landscape, Cloudkicker, Gorguts, Altar of Plagues and Ihsahn.

Rammstein release a concert film masterpiece on May 19 with “RAMMSTEIN: PARIS”

On Friday, March 24, official presale for the concert film “RAMMSTEIN: PARIS” begins ahead of its worldwide release on May 19. The film, which will be released in many configurations, sets new standards. In March 2012, during the “Made in Germany” tour, Swedish director Jonas Åkerlund shot two acclaimed Rammstein concerts at the Palais Omnisports arena in Paris in front of 17,000 spectators. Featuring 22 songs from the band’s entire repertoire, the resulting film is not only the most spectacular collection of imagery about the most successful German rock band of our time, but also a masterpiece of music cinema, capturing Rammstein‘s energy as a unique visual and sonic experience.

Åkerlund is notorious for his radical, pioneering video clips for bands such as The Prodigy, Metallica, the Rolling Stones and also Rammstein. Absurd details, upended perspectives, shocks of contrast and sensory confusion flicker through his music productions, and in “RAMMSTEIN: PARIS”, he celebrates this from the very first minute. Rammstein play 22 songs (128 mins), ranging from “Wollt ihr das Bett in Flammen sehen?”, the first song from the very first album, to “Frühling in Paris” from the last studio album “Liebe ist für alle da”.

Swedish classic/progressive rock supergroup THE NIGHT FLIGHT ORCHESTRA – featuring members of metal frontrunners Soilwork and Arch Enemy – have released the first single off of their forthcoming third studio album, Amber Galactic.

Toronto, ON’s Adrian Pain & The Dead Sexy unleashed their new EP ‘Mixed Messages’ this past February to continue their solid chemistry of an ‘Allcore’ metal sound with emotionally stirring and socially conscious lyrics. The EP is a marriage of Adrian Pain’s solo endeavours and The Dead Sexy’s band work to follow EPs ‘Picture Day At Night School’ (2014) and their debut ‘The First One Is Free’ (2013) along with Pain’s solo full length ‘Love Letters & Suicide Notes’ (2012).

Pain describes ‘Mixed Messages’:

“This release is like the gateway drug to metal and heavier music in general! We appeal to a very wide range of musical tastes so guys can play us for their girlfriends, and girls can play us for the guys. If you identify another way, you can play us for whomever you’d like. If any negative response comes out of it, it’ll be the fans that expect every song to get heavier with each effort. What I hope they notice is the constant evolution of our sound. I had recently watched a few that Luke Holland & Jason Richardson have done together and thought it would be very cool to do a full band play through. We were originally planning on doing another lyric video for “Day One” but the idea fit nicely with this track because of all the great individual parts.
