Following the release of their debut album ‘Dominion’ on APF Records last year, Video Nasties are back with another slab of moral-panic inducing heaviness – the addiction inspired single ‘Draw The Shades’
With ‘Dominion’ selling out on vinyl, APF Records are repressing the album for release on 7th May. Limited to only 300 copies (150 Flaxen Lust / 150 Suspirium Pink), the reissue will include ‘Draw The Shades’ on a 70s retro style Flexi-disc. Bassist Rick Owen comments,‘We’re extremely excited about Draw The Shades. It’s our first single since the release of Dominion and we feel it picks up right where They Rise left off so it makes a perfect companion piece for the repress of the album. We decided to go down the same path with recording it ourselves, to make sure we really nailed the early 90s sound that we felt we captured so well with Dominion. At its crux, the song is about addiction. Whether that is blood, drugs or love… There is a need that has to be sated. ‘
With the undeniable impact of their internationally successful releases, POWERWOLF have truly proven that heavy metal is alive and well, and that they occupy the throne of the genre unchallenged!

It goes without saying that the global metal scene would not be the same without Sepultura. For 35 years now, the Brazilian icons are not only a band revered worldwide; they have been, are and forever will be at the very forefront of thrash metal, trailblazing ever since they released their long-since legendary debut album Morbid Visions in 1986.
While quickly establishing themselves as leaders of the second wave of thrash in the late eighties, to this day they never came even close to stagnation. Quadra, their mighty new undertaking, is proof of a will unbroken, a thirst unquenched and a quality so staggeringly high it’s a wonder this band doesn’t implode. Now three albums deep into what may very well be their strongest incarnation yet – uniting the talents of old-school members Andreas Kisser (guitars, vocals) and Paulo Xisto Pinto Jr. (bass), vocal force of nature Derrick Leon Green (vocals) and drummer Eloy Casagrande – Sepultura are an unleashed power to be reckoned with, uniting bucketloads of experience and youthful vigour in a totally revived way.
Ukraine’s modern metal juggernaut JINJER have proven that they will never lessen their relentless pace and continue to work overtime, earning them the reputation as one of metal’s hardest working bands out there today. With many of their videos cracking the million mark and each of their albums released so far are highly praised by critics, scene insiders and fans alike, the band never tires of distributing their mercilessly progressive, heavy metal music to anyone that will listen.
The Swedish saviors of Heavy Metal, HAMMERFALL, will join German Heavy Metal legends Helloween on their postponed European tour in 2022. Swedish and German Steel unites to the United Forces Tour 2022!
We all have to stick together to stand and endure this agonizing live music gap and because extraordinary circumstances require extraordinary measures, Helloween invited their friends from HAMMERFALL to join them on their European tour in order to create a tremendous metal-package together. Both bands will have brand-new albums in their luggage and the European fans will be able to listen to the new songs live for the very first time on the United Forces Tour 2022. The long–awaited end of the dry spell is in sight – coming with a double dose in March, April and May 2022 as we have to catch up two years of metalparty to get cured from a lot of withdrawal symptoms!
