Melbourne band The Cherry Dolls release full-length debut album ‘Viva Los Dolls’ on Golden Robot Records.

“Raw dog dirty realness as Rock ‘n’ Roll should be! I would describe this band as heavily influenced by The Stooges, MC5, Johnny Thunders or New York Dolls, of course there are many bands out there with similar influences, The Cherry Dolls are a band who gets it right. I love the sort of country and western meets old school punk track …….. but I really dig the whole album! I suspect these catz would be really awesome live!”

Evidence of evil on the face of the earth has never been so present. Every day, thousands are killed, tortured, raped, and robbed… The greed of politicians, the perversion of the sadists, the indifference of the drug dealers, the falsehood of the priests, the wrath of the killers… Daily examples that the DOOM is near!

Maybe a bomb will do the service… Maybe an epidemic…. Maybe our addictions… Maybe our own hands! A barren land will be left for the cancerous who dare to survive…

And as long as the devastation and desolation consume the insignificant lives of the human race being extinguished, the sound of the Apocalypse will be propagated by the four horsemen of The Evil: Miss Aileen (all voices, screams and whispers), Iossif (distortions and screech noises), Theophylactus  (bass fuzz), and Saenger (drums and percussions).

“In The Name Of The Son” is the sophomore album of Enzo Donnarumma’s project that features a stellar line-up known as “THE GLORY ENSEMBLE” that includes Marty Friedman, Kobi Farhi (Orphaned Land), Ralf Scheepers (Primal Fear), Mark Zonder (Fates Warning, Warlord, Graham Bonnet Band), Gary Wehrkamp & Brian Ashland (Shadow Gallery), David Brown (Metatrone) plus many more.

Enzo Donnarumma‘s sound explores and unifies different genres: prog metal, classical music, symphonic soundtracks, ethnic and world music. The new concept record “In the Name of the Son” delivers a GOSPEL METAL sound thanks to the “Weza Moza Gospel
Choir” from Congo and follows up the critically acclaimed “In The Name of The Father” by pursuing the “sign of the cross” chronology.
