Swedish melodic death metal pioneers AT THE GATES are now launching the first single off their upcoming album “The Nightmare Of Being”, out July 2, 2021 via Century Media Records.
This Friday, April 30 marks the highly-anticipated release of Unstable, the groundbreaking sophomore full-length release by Los Angeles based breakout metal stars TETRARCH!
In celebration, the band is following up on their three huge singles “I’m Not Right”, “You Never Listen” and “Negative Noise” with their fourth and final pre-album release single, “Addicted”. The truly massive, spine-tingling endeavor showcases the captivatingly brooding and introspective side of TETRARCH, rounding out a dynamic group of hits.
These tracks serve as a continuation of the Columbus quartet’s 2020 release of No Eternity In Gold. “Both ‘Basilisk’ and ‘Inherit The Tragedy’ are songs that I was super torn on cutting from the record,” shares frontman Chris Roetter.“‘Basilisk’ covers the experience of being so rooted in your own problems that you’re detached from what’s happening around you. I think we all tend to get stuck in letting our struggles become our identity. ‘Inherit the Tragedy’ follows the more classic themes that the band has offered out in the past. We’ve never been a stranger to writing songs focused on cutting the chord from someone who becomes dead weight.”
This Friday, April 30, 2021, will see British thrash metal heavy weights EVILE release their brand new studio album, entitled Hell Unleashed, via Napalm Records – the band‘s first album in eight long years! Since their formation in 2004, EVILE have been turning heads and taking names, delivering four pure thrash offerings blended with an uncompromising death metal assault. Hell Unleashed, the long-awaited successor to their 2013 release Skull, will make no exception – but this time, the album features a new exciting line-up formation of Ol Drake on vocals/guitars and new member Adam Smith of RipTide as rhythm guitarist.
Italian skatepunkers FANKAZ are proud to announce that they have released “Monsters”, second single taken from their upcoming new album “In Hindsight”.
Too Loud Records proudly present “In Hindsight” 4th album from the Italian skatepunkers Fankaz. The new album is super fast and full of “stop and go”,technical compositions and experimental structures. This new album is more melodic that its predecessor, a come back to the origins, catchy riffs and choruses and with two super guests, Alessandro Gavazzi from Thousand Oaks and Etienne Dionne from Mute band. 10 songs recorded under the production and the mix of Riccardo Daga at Titans Lab Recording Studio and mastered by the great Nick Zampiello at New Alliance East.
Throat’s third album, ”Smile Less” carries a significantly darker tone compared to the band’s previous output albeit the light at the end of the tunnel has always been dim. While the foundation of Throat’s sound remains in 90s noise rock, ”Smile Less” pushes its way through all boundaries, starting off with cold post-punk vibes and ending in a wall of harsh noise. The space between those moments is stuffed with noisy rock music offering the listener the odd chance for groovy booty shake before throwing a curve ball with some industrial sound experiments. The first impression may not be as jarring as on their earlier recordings, but ”Smile Less” is still a demanding listen as Throat have never been poster boys for entertainment value.
