GRASPOP METAL MEETING 2025: SUN, SWEAT AND SOARING GUITARS

Graspop Metal Meeting was buzzing with activity because the festival grounds in Dessel was once again filled to capacity. Every day, 55,000 metalheads convened to enjoy the sunshine and a generous selection of the best that the metal spectrum has to offer. The reunion with household names such as Judas Priest, Powerwolf, Behemoth and Korn was a joyful one but at the same time Graspop honoured its tradition of showcasing fresh talent. Rise of the Northstar, Falling in Reverse, House of Protection and Yellowcard were just a few of the bands to chalk up their first Graspop Metal Meeting appearance this year.

IRON MAIDEN ‘RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR’ STARTS MAY 27TH IN BUDAPEST

IRON MAIDEN will commence their RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR on May 27^th in Budapest followed by 31 further stadium, festival & arena shows around Europe. With over a million tickets already sold, and most shows sold out, fans are advised that additional tickets will be made available closer to the show, and on the day, with the release of venue and production holds.

The RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR marks 50 years since Steve Harris formed the band in late 1975 and to celebrate this, Maiden fans are promised a very special set list spanning the nine studio albums from Iron Maiden to Fear Of The Dark, with their most spectacular and elaborate show ever!

Graspop Announce First Headliner for 2025!

Scream for me, Dessel! The wait is finally over, we’re ready to unleash the first headliner for #GMM25! On Thursday 19 June, British heavy metal icons Iron Maiden will close proceedings on the South Stage with a special set in celebration of Maiden’s 50th anniversary!

Over the years, British heavy metal legends Iron Maiden have been frequent house guests in Dessel. In 2025 they will headline the festival for the 11th time when their ‘Run For Your Lives Tour’ stops off in Dessel to celebrate half a century of Iron Maiden. Brace yourselves for a set list spanning the first nine studio albums, from their eponymous debut to ‘Fear of the Dark’. The ‘Run For Your Lives Tour‘ promises to be the most spectacular Maiden show to date. Scream for me, Dessel!
