NOMINATED FOR ‘BEST HARD ROCK ACT’ AT THE ALTERNATIVE PRESS MUSIC AWARDS 2017

Following the monstrous success of their December 2016 UK tour, – which saw Bullet For My Valentine perform career-spanning setlists all over the UK, in addition to select performances of their classic 2005 debut album, ‘The Poison’, from beginning to end – BFMV will release a very special multi-format summation of their two consecutive sold-out performances at the world famous Brixton Academy, London.

Titled ‘Bullet For My Valentine – Live From Brixton: Chapter Two’ fans will now be able to experience the intensity of both ‘Night One’ (December 9th 2016’s, ‘career-spanning’ performance) and ‘Night Two’ (December 10th 2016’s ‘The Poison’ performance) via DVD, Blu-Ray, CD & Vinyl.

Matt Tuck says; “’Live at Brixton Chapter 2’ marks the end of a massive 18 month global touring cycle, so to mark the success of ‘Venom’ and to celebrate our debut album ‘The Poison’ – we thought we’d capture both nights so that everyone could be a part of it. It was an incredible couple of nights at a venue that means so much to us, so make sure you grab a copy and enjoy the madness.”

Meanwhile, BFMV are the only International act to be nomination for ‘Best Hard Rock Act’ at this year’s Alternative Press Music Awards, coming up against Korn, Halestorm and In This Moment.

New EP release from KARMIA

“TUHKA” EP is the second release from the Finnish rock band KARMIA after changing their lyrics from English to Finnish. In the early 2010’s while forming the band they took influences from the Japanese Visual Kei scene, but have recently shifted closer towards their melancholic Finnish roots.

Before the recent language change KARMIA warmed up shows for a few Visual Kei artist’s visiting Finland, performed at Anime conventions and released a bunch of self-financed songs and videos in English and even in Japanese. After releasing a single called “Mistakes” combining English and Finnish lyrics together in one song, their native one started to feel more appealing. “After a long search we feel we have found our own style. Welcome to the world of KARMIA, where you can always see the dark at the end of the tunnel”, comments the band’s lead guitarist ANA.

LONG ISLAND, NY | APRIL 28TH, 2017 – Coming off the release of their latest single “Henchmen,” VISTA continues to spread a message of unity with the announcement of the release of their upcoming single, “Allegiance,”on May 19th, 2017. Introducing listeners to a metaphorical black and blue color-schemed oasis, the band emits a powerful statement in the track, urging their audience to join their own allegiance. A continuation of their previous single, “Allegiance” highlights lead vocalist Hope Vista’s haunting vocals and her undeniable performance chemistry with guitarist and vocalist Greg Almeida. “Allegiance” will serve as the lead single off of their upcoming sophomore EP.

Coined one of Rock Sound’s “On The Radar” bands just months after their resurrection, VISTA was derived from the decade-long solo career of frontwoman Hope Vista. Rounded out with bold guitarist and vocalist Greg Almeida, the duo experiments with long-loved stadium influences to create and define a new, modern-day sub-genre in the alternative scene: anthem rock. VISTA most recently set out to write and record “Henchmen,” their first 2017 offering as a powerhouse single, written as an anthem for the oppressed. Since it’s release, the band has supported Fueled By Ramen artist Against The Current at Irving Plaza, been featured in 3 Alternative Press articles, sold out their first two headlining shows, and is in heavy rotation on idobi.

THE ONE HUNDRED REVEAL OFFICIAL VIDEO FOR ‘MONSTER’

THE ONE HUNDRED have revealed a video for ‘Monster’, the second single from their forthcoming album, ‘Chaos + Bliss’. The clip was recently filmed in part at a nineteenth century fort in Rochester, Kent and features the most kick-ass of nightmare slayers!

‘Chaos + Bliss’, The One Hundred’s debut studio album, will be released via Spinefarm Records on June 2nd 2017.

The One Hundred are also imminently heading out on their full debut headline tour kicking off May 1st in Southampton; from here, the band continue across the UK, then out to France and Germany.

Return To Void released their debut album today!

Return To Void, a progressive rock/heavy band, was established in Karhula, Finland in 2015. List of another projects of the band members, past and present, includes varied outings like Kaihoro, Total Devastation, Manitou, Kreyskull, Gran Torino, Demonic Death Judge.

The winter 2015-2016 was productive time. Full album of songs was composed and rehearsed with ease. Off to the Studio Korkeakoski. There they recorded all drums with help of Studio Korkeakoski’s main man Teemu Aalto. The rest was done at the singer’s Railroad Records headquarters.

Their self-titled debut album is released today (April 26th 2017). Listen to the album on Spotify:

The band is currently working on their second album which is recorded later in the summer.
