The Savonian occult rock behemoth Jess and the Ancient Ones have emerged with a new album! Their brand of heavy guitar and organ-led swagger has progressed from the twin guitar metal blast of yesteryear to Jess and the Ancient Ones’ very own take on soulful late sixties garage psychedelia. Titled Vertigo, the new record is set for release on Svart Records on May 21 this year with a foreboding sound of lysergic doom.

Batushka presents the second single from the upcoming mini-album “ЦАРЮ НЕБЕСНЫЙ” / “CARJU NIEBIESNYJ” – ПИСЬМО I / PISMO I.
The opening song contains fragments of the Old Church Slavonic prayer to the holy spirit, of course in the allegorical message and interpretation of Batushka, which connects the profanum with the sacrum of the orthodox church.

AFI ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM “BODIES” + SHARES TWO TRACKS
AFI has announced its eagerly-awaited new album Bodies, due 11th June 2021 via Rise Records. The album is heralded by two new songs — the driving “Looking Tragic” and the fast-paced, hooky “Begging For Trouble” — alongside a video for “Looking Tragic” by longtime AFI collaborator Adam Mason. Both new tracks will be included on a limited 7″ — find more information HERE. Bodies was produced by the band’s own Jade Puget and mixed by Tony Hoffer (M83, Phoenix, Silversun Pickups).
