Finnish Love Metal pioneer, Ville Valo (VV) of HIM, will release his debut solo album, Neon Noir,on January 13th via Heartagram Records, distributed by UMG/ Spinefarm.
“Neon Noir is a sonic step-by-step guide on how to survive, and perhaps even enjoy, the realm of VV with its abundance of things that go bump in the night,” says Valo. “It’s a teary mascara marathon between Robert Smith and Ozzy, with a dash of hope.”
Since the release of their first real album, Transient, in 2015, the members of Chaos Echoes have been working ceaselessly to create a worthy successor to that powerful musical work. Nuclear War Now! Messenger of Finnish melancholy and sorrow Hautajaisyö (Funeral Night) released a new single today July 19th 2017 via Inverse Records. This is the second single from the upcoming second album. New single is called ”Vain Tuhkasi Sinusta Muistuttaa” (only your ashes reminds of you) and it tells a sad story of a final goodbye. It’s one of the saddest songs from the band, but still keeps the band’s rough touch. Beautiful melodic guitars mixed with low growling vocalist gives this song a unique atmosphere. The Romanian doom/death metal masters from SINCARNATE have just released a
lyric video for the song Curriculum Mortis:
The song Curriculum Mortis comes from the album In Nomine Homini that will
be released on 1st of April by Hatework. Recorded during June – September
2016 at the Consonance Studio in Timisoara, to Edmond Karban and Cristian
Popescu (both members of Dordeduh and former members of Negura Bunget) who
along with Andrei Jumuga have produced, mixed and mastered the album.
SINCARNATE – In Nomine Homini will be available as a 6-fold digipak, with
a 16 pages booklet but also as an extended version with a different
graphic presentation and two bonus-tracks. The extended version will be
also available in a very limited box-set edition hand-crafted by
traditional carpenters and cast iron craftsmen, containing specific
artefacts to the concept proposed by the band in this new material.

The new Nocte Obducta album “Totholz (Ein Raunen aus dem Klammwald)”, which already available on the band’s live shows, will be officially released on May 26th. The successor to last year’s “Mogontiacum (Nachdem die Nacht herabgesunken …)” features 7 songs with a playing time of 42 minutes and will be available on a limited vinyl edition.
“Totholz (Ein Raunen aus dem Klammwald)” sets itself as a logic continuation from the work done on the band’s previous effort, “Mogontiacum”. Here, Nocte Obducta close the circle to their musical roots and deliver a rough piece of metal with the band’s typic harmonies.
