Swedish luciferian death metal overlords NECROPHOBIC have signed a deal with Century Media Records for the world excluding USA and Canada.
Formed in 1989 NECROPHOBIC belong to the first wave of Swedish death metal bands. Ever since the release of their classic debut album “The Nocturnal Silence” (1993) the band has released a total of seven studio albums, among them timeless masterpieces as “Darkside” (1997), “Bloodhymns” (2002) or the brilliant 2009 album “Death To All”.
Having NECROPHOBIC on the label is not just a nice addition to the label’s impressive roster of Swedish death and black metal bands like Marduk, Watain, Grave, Tribulation, Vampire, Firespawn and more. It’s feels like the completion of the task of bringing together what belongs together.

Crusty Death/Doom outfit VALLENFYRE will release its third album, “Fear Those Who Fear Him”, via Century Media Records on June 2nd, 2017.
Now, the band proudly presents the first single and video clip for this opus, Greg Mackintosh (vocals and guitar) comments: “’Kill All Your Masters’ is about the frustration and anger we feel towards the many people and regimes in positions of power, whether it be political, religious or corporate, inflicting crimes and injustices on an often docile and enslaved population, who in many ways seem happy to be told what to do by anything from ancient books to lifestyle magazines.”

To promote the release of their new album “Justify & Reason” being available in stores across the UK today (April 10th) through Plastic Head Distribution, they have just dropped an official lyric video for their third single taken from the album for “White Circles”.

Vocalist, John Knight had this to say about the lyrical meaning behind the new song: “Lyrically the song describes the story of one person’s dependency on medication, antipsychotic drugs, the decision whether to stop taking them and return to a natural state risking confusion and illness or to continue on, the side effects, the withdrawals, the risks. All overseen by the ‘god like’ Psychiatrist. Singer John Knight worked for many years within the Mental Health system at management level and witnessed how the clients saw and described their experiences, “I spoke at length with a client about her feelings towards her medication and her Psychiatrist, she told me her Psychiatrist was ‘like a God’, someone who oversaw all the choices she made and controlled her life, it made an impression and I wrote this song that night, of course not every story is the same and medication plays a very important and useful part of people’s life, it’s not an anti-medication song at all, but about the conflict a person has, the internal battle……telling themselves ’I’m well now, I don’t need these tablets’ without realising they feel this way because the medication is working, the side effects both being on and withdrawing can be severe”.
‘White Circles’ is a song with great progressive dynamics, light and shade, building to a frantic & blistering metallic end.

DRACHENFEUER was founded by Jim Kirkwood and Alexander Wieser (URUK-HAI Tolkien black metal) in 2007. Both artists have been writing music since the 1980s from Black Metal to Gothic and Ambient. DRACHENFEUER released 2 tracks on both volumes of the mighty “The First Ring” compilations in 2007 & 2013. In 2009 they recorded their debut album “Realm Of Light”. 7 years it was lost in the vaults until Dark Age Productions picked it up for release on Double CD packaged in a six panel Digipak with bonus track and a limited edition Cassette.
UK female fronted Hard Rock/Gothic Punk act Lesbian Bed Death have just unleashed their third single ‘Son Of A Thousand Maniacs’ taken from their latest album, ‘Evil Never Dies’.
The new song and video is inspired by the popular horror movie, Nightmare On Elm Street. The frontwoman Sienna Venom explains: “I grew up watching all of the classic 80s horror movies, and the Nightmare On Elm Street franchise was one of my favourites. We’ve always wanted to pay homage to Freddy Krueger in a future music video, and now we’ve finally made it happen with this track”.
To fit the tone of the song and video, it was filmed at the famous haunted 18th century pub, The Leopard Inn, in Stoke-on-Trent. The music video sees Sienna Venom take of the role of Freddy Krueger as she torments a teenage girl in her nightmares. Check out the hell raising song/video below!
