Heavy rock megalith LUCIFER have teamed up with GRAVEYARD‘s Joakim Nilsson to record an English cover version of Polish rock classic ‘Poszlabym za toba‘ by the band Breakout, which was originally released in 1969. The song ‘I Would Follow You Babe‘ will serve as the official festival anthem of MYSTIC FESTIVAL 2024, Poland’s biggest metal festival, which is located at the scenic shipyard of Gdansk.

A few weeks ago, high-profile modern metal band CROWNSHIFT announced the release date and details of their eagerly awaited self-titled debut album, which is due out on May 10th, 2024 via Nuclear Blast Records.

Today, the band that’s currently one of Finland’s hottest new music exports, are proud to unleash a new single called ‘My Prison‘, which showcases a more atmospheric side of CROWNSHIFT richly adorned with divine guitar leads and – yet again – an absolute ear worm of a chorus!

In April they’ll be hitting the road for a month-long USA and Canada tour with The Ghost Inside, Paleface and Great American Ghost, and are also looking ahead to a string of summer festival appearances including their Hellfest debut, Download Festival and Graspop, plus a couple of German shows with Shadow Of Intent, The Acacia Strain and Fuming Mouth. Not to mention that they’ll be capping off this year in the finest way by playing as special guests to Slipknot across the UK and Europe, for Slipknot‘s ‘Here Comes The Pain‘ tour celebrating the Iowan’s 25th anniversary.
