THE DESIGNS release new video single “FOREVER WRONG”
Electro-metal duo The Designs have released “Forever Wrong”, a new video single from the upcoming debut album [IN]VENT. The video, once again directed by the female half of the duo, Snovonne ‘Sno’ Drake, is a playful, crime documentary-styled take on the song’s otherwise cynical notions of self-doubt and alienation.
“We wanted to lighten up the message a little bit…” says Sno, “people like us have always been outsiders and grew up with a certain discomfort of being judged and looked at differently. As if being yourself was a ‘crime’. So, I chose to have fun with that in the video… the interrogation turns into a dance with a unicorn, the police lineup turns into a party… obviously, being yourself is not a crime, although NOT being yourself probably should be.”

Fall and Resist Release Video for New Single ‘Creator Of Our Own Demise’
Fall and Resist just dropped their clip for the single Creators of Our Own Demise from their upcoming release, Darkness Of Now due out August 5th, and the track is exactly what we’ve come to expect from the four piece. A melodic orchestral track runs throughout the piece with catchy chorus line and an epic mid breakdown. Benito’s drumming is definitely a highlight of the track, and the heartfelt lyrics adding another dimension to the track. “It’s all about how we mess up our own lives, but at the same time, we’re completely unaware that we’re doing it” says primary writer and lyricist Liam “Frosty” Frost-Camilleri. “Creators showcases everything that we are as a band, it’s melodic, it’s angry, it’s fast and it’s even heartfelt and sad” he said.
