Following a snowy show at the spectacular Full Metal Mountain Festival in the Austrian Alps tomorrow, ABBATH will kick off their rampage through Eastern Europe and Russia. Only one week to go until Californian death metal act SKELETAL REMAINS will release their forthcoming third studio album, entitled “Devouring Mortality” on April 13th, 2018 via Dark Descent Records in North America and Century Media Records for the rest of the world.
Tracked at Trench Studios (Abysmal Dawn, Exhumed, Hirax, etc.) in California and mixed by Dan Swanö at Unisound Studio (Asphyx, Dissection, Bloodbath, etc.), “Devouring Mortality” features cover artwork by Dan Seagrave (Entombed, Morbid Angel, Pestilence etc.).
Now, as a final track from this opus, SKELETAL REMAINS proudly present you ‘Parasitic Horrors’, bassist Adrian Marquez comments: “The idea for ‘Parasitic Horrors’ came from HP Lovecraft’s Cthulhu Mythos. It is about these monstrous alien type entities who are the definition of insanity and reside outside the cycle of reality. Their sole purpose is to corrupt and destroy all life in the known universe from the inside out ..and there’s no escaping them, not in this life or the next.. Enjoy!”

Activist-Artist OTEP Announces FIRE & FURY North American Summer Headline Tour Dates
Politically-Charged New Album to be Released Later in 2018 via Napalm Records
Iconic rockers OTEP recently announced the upcoming release of their eighth full-length album, scheduled to release later this year via Napalm Records. OTEP frontwoman Otep Shamaya says: “After every album there’s an overwhelming sense of excitement, but this time it’s in the stratosphere. This time, we hold nothing back. It’s an uncompromising power-groove eruption of expert musicality destined to make some necks sore and spirits soar and with lyrical and stylistic freedoms which makes this feel like the most authentic album to date.”
OTEP is thrilled to announce that they will head out on a headline tour supporting the new album, beginning July 5 in Las Vegas, NV at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. The tour will run for nearly a month and a half, coming to an end in Ventura, CA on August 18. See below for all currently confirmed tour dates.
Shamaya adds, “We are beyond excited to play some of the new songs on tour, to play Rock Fest in Wisconsin this summer, to scream and sing with our beloved fans and to remind everyone that no matter how hard they try to extinguish our identities, this time, we’re standing together and fighting back.
