GHOST INCLUDED IN GRAMMY NOMINATIONS FOR BEST METAL PERFORMANCE


GHOST has notched yet another GRAMMY nomination. 

Come February 4, 2024, Sweden’s foremost theatrical rock export will go up against the likes of Metallica, Slipknot, Disturbed and Spiritbox for Best Metal Performance at the 66th GRAMMY Awards. The nomination for the band’s faithful rendition of Iron Maiden’s “Phantom of the Opera” from its chart-topping PHANTOMIME covers EP, released in May 2023 via Loma Vista Recordings, is GHOST’s fifth overall—including a Best Metal Performance win for “Cirice” at the 58th GRAMMY Awards in 2016.

First Wave of Performers & Hosts Announced for Heavy Music Awards 2023 Including Lzzy & Joe Of Halestorm & Underoath

With a location upgrade to OVO Arena Wembley, the celebrated venue will recognise the growing impact of heavy music, highlighting both breakthrough artists and stalwarts of the scene. HEAVY MUSIC AWARDS 2023 FINALISTS REVEALED


Tuesday 14 March – The finalists have been revealed for the seventh annual Heavy Music Awards, with the event again recognising the most influential and ground-breaking artists and creatives in the heavy music world. Leading the way with an incredible five nominations are Vukovi, closely followed by Nova TwinsHalestorm and Ghost who receive four nods each. This year, the celebration will reach new heights with the ceremony taking place at the legendary OVO Arena Wembley on 26 May, this makes it the biggest rock music awards ceremony ever held in the UK. London, Friday 03 September: Winners of the 2021 Heavy Music Awards have been announced following an electrifying sold out ceremony at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town in front of a capacity 2,300 crowd. HEAVY MUSIC AWARDS 2021 FINALISTS REVEALED


The finalists for the fifth annual Heavy Music Awards have been revealed following the news that HMA21 will take place at a full capacity, in-person event at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town on Thursday 02 September 2021, which will be live streamed to a global audience exclusively on Twitch.

Voting is open now until 14 July at vote.heavymusicawards.com – all voters over the age of 18 are entered into the ballot to win tickets to the Awards.
