Graspop Announce First Headliner for 2025!


Scream for me, Dessel! The wait is finally over, we’re ready to unleash the first headliner for #GMM25! On Thursday 19 June, British heavy metal icons Iron Maiden will close proceedings on the South Stage with a special set in celebration of Maiden’s 50th anniversary!

Over the years, British heavy metal legends Iron Maiden have been frequent house guests in Dessel. In 2025 they will headline the festival for the 11th time when their ‘Run For Your Lives Tour’ stops off in Dessel to celebrate half a century of Iron Maiden. Brace yourselves for a set list spanning the first nine studio albums, from their eponymous debut to ‘Fear of the Dark’. The ‘Run For Your Lives Tour‘ promises to be the most spectacular Maiden show to date. Scream for me, Dessel!

The first COPENHELL 2025 headliner is ready: The Iowa superstars from SLIPKNOT will return to Copenhagen with their explosive energy, aggressive sound and insanely entertaining chaos of a stage show. Everyone who has experienced – and survived! – a concert with these masked maniacs can confirm that it is like a cathartic ritual, where both the audience and the band go absolutely wild until every last remnant of energy has left both body and mind!

BLOODSTOCK announce MASTODON + additional weekend tickets available soon


BLOODSTOCK is thrilled to announce that special guests on the Ronnie James Dio stage on Sunday will be…. wait for it…. none other than highly revered, four-headed metal behemoth MASTODON

The group are just off the road in the USA with festival alumni pals LAMB OF GOD, dropping the collab track ‘Floods Of Triton’ to celebrate their co-headline Ashes Of Leviathan tour. FIRST COPENHELL 2025 BANDS ANNOUNCED


The 14th edition of COPENHELL will take place in familiar surroundings at Refshaleøen in central Copenhagen next summer. DREAM THEATER, IN FLAMES, LORNA SHORE, HEAVEN SHALL BURN, SODOM, SYLOSIS, MYRKUR, MNEMIC and 18 additional bands have already signed up for the festival.

The dust from the four wild and crazy days in the middle of June has settled long ago, but the entire COPENHELL team is still swelling with pride months after the festival – not least festival director Jeppe Nissen:
