Entitled The Obsession, the album marks Wessels’ Napalm Records debut, and while her earlier solo endeavors – full-length song compilations Tales From Six Feet Under (2021) and Tales From Six Feet Under Vol II (2022) – already gained her a remarkable number of devotees, The Obsession truly takes her solo career to the next level.

THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON, consisting of members of Feuerschwanz, Amaranthe and Ad Infinitum, have released the second single and music video since their formation – their version of Enya’s The Lord Of The Rings – The Two Towers theme, “May It Be”. The original song is the soundtrack to one of the darkest storylines of the whole saga, spreading hope when there seems to be none left.

CHARLOTTE WESSELS (Ex-Delain) to Release Compilation Record “Tales From Six Feet Under” on Various Vinyl Editions
Former Delain singer and songwriter CHARLOTTE WESSELS will release her first solo endeavor, Tales From Six Feet Under, on September 17, 2021 via Napalm Records. Unable to perform live due to the pandemic, Wessels spent most of last year buried in her Six Feet Under home studio, writing, performing and producing an eclectic wealth of songs. Tales From Six Feet Under offers her favorites out of the bunch. All instruments and vocals on these ten intimate and honest songs were performed or programmed by Wessels herself – except for the exciting collaboration with Alissa White-Gluz on the haunting track “Lizzie” – showcasing the multifaceted nature of Wessels, including her exceptional ability to express the most sincere feelings and emotions within her art.
