For Those That Wish To Exist, the ninth studio record from England-based post-metalcore quintet ARCHITECTS, is out now via Epitaph Records.
The self-produced record finds ARCHITECTS tackling the biggest questions facing the future of our planet with their grandest, most expansive sonic offering yet building upon the band’s hallmark post-metalcore sound by layering a burgeoning influence of electronics and orchestral strings, horns and choirs. Tuesday 9th February, 2021 – ARCHITECTS release their brand new single ‘Meteor’ today, following a world exclusive play last night with Annie Mac on Radio 1 as her ‘Hottest Record In The World’. This is the forth single to be taken from their forthcoming ninth studio album ‘For Those That Wish To Exist’. Previous single ‘Animals’ was a Radio 1 play-listed track and along with the more recent released singles ‘Black Lungs’ and ‘Dead Butterflies’, the singles from this campaign have so far amassed over 31 million streams.
Today, ARCHITECTS are thrilled to share ‘Dead Butterflies’ – the third single to be taken from their forthcoming ninth studio album ‘For Those That Wish To Exist’. Accompanying ‘Dead Butterflies’ is a breathtaking music video, filmed at the legendary Royal Albert Hall in London, in November last year.
The groundbreaking Royal Albert Hall performance was streamed live on November 21st, garnering critical acclaim, and setting live-streaming records for the genre. Following on from their hugely triumphant live stream event at The Royal Albert Hall on Saturady November 21st ARCHITECTS share ‘Black Lungs’, the second single off their forthcoming ninth studio record ‘For Those That Wish To Exist’. ARCHITECTS will release their ninth studio record ‘For Those That Wish To Exist’on 26th February via Epitaph. The self-produced record arrives as the follow-up to the band’s critically acclaimed 2018 release ‘Holy Hell’, which took a look at the pain and despair that lay at the heart of losing a brother, band mate and best friend in Tom Searle, the group’s founding guitarist.
