NIGHTBRINGER are now streaming the third track taken from their forthcoming album ‘Terra Damnata’, which has been scheduled for release on April 14th.
The song “Of the Key and Crossed Bones” is now streaming on the Season of Mist YouTube and free for sharing.
Ar-Ra’d al-Iblis states on behalf of NIGHTBRINGER: “The lyrics work as a hymn to the goddess Hecate as she is depicted in the Chaldean oracles, a series of mystical revelations most probably dating from the 2nd century AD. Here, She is understood as the psychopomp and gatekeeper that leads the soul through the perilous passages of the otherworld, unto the light of the Father, identified as the divine Sun.”

New Album and Napalm Records Debut Woe to the Vanquished Available March 31st!
The highly anticipated WARBRINGER album Woe to the Vanquished will be released on March 31st 2017 via Napalm Records.
Frontman John Kevill comments on the video: “‘Remain Violent’ is a headbanging stomper of a track anchored around a really killer riff. Probably the most immediate and instantly memorable song off Woe to the Vanquished and sure to become a live favorite.The song deals with the increasingly militaristic behavior of the police in recent times, and the chorus line is a play on ‘You have the right to remain silent.’Crank it up and bang your fucking head! Remain Violent!”
British heavy metal five-piece, Synaptik from Norwich, UK have had a brilliant and busy year already, having signed with DeFox and Heart Of Steel records as well as landing a US deal with Divebomb records and re-releasing a remixed heavier version of their hit debut album, “The Mechanisms of Consequence” on 30th January, and they are set to make an even bigger impact with their sophomore album, “Justify & Reason” which is released today (March 10th).
To promote the release of their anticipated new album they have just dropped an official lyric video for new single, the mighty melodic and extremely technically skilled “The Incredible Machine”, which features guest vocals from Meyrick de la Fuente (Exist Immortal).
Vocalist, John Knight commented on working with Meyrick de la Fuente who also produced the new album at Floodgate Studio. Saying: “(Meyrick’s) Vocals on the chorus brought my original melody line to life, our vocals complimented each other well. It added a further dynamic which creates more melody that helps hammer home what the new album is all about; melody, aggression and emotion. It’s perfect as the opening track and sets the standard for the rest of the album.”
Knight also talked about the lyrical meaning behind the new single, ‘The Incredible Machine’: “Lyrically the song describes the human brain. The inner workings of the mind to a large extent remain a mystery. It’s extraordinary, our entire experience of life, all our mental experiences; they all result from the activity of chemistry in our brain, the activity of neurotransmitters and neurocircuits, synaptic signals sparking, a hundred billion nerve cells coordinate our physical actions. Quite literally mind blowing.”

French black/death metal artists VI, TEMPLE OF BAAL and THE ORDER OF APOLLYON have revealed an audio trailer for their upcoming 3 way split release on Agonia Records. The trailer is available at this link:
On March 31st, three of the finest French black/death metal acts – VI, TEMPLE OF BAAL and THE ORDER OF APOLLYON – will find their way into the winter-chilled turntabel’s, thanks to a new split release. Divided into three chapters, the recording will feature one brand new song from each of the bands, with a playing time nearing 25 minutes.
BST (Aosoth, ex-Aborted, The Order Of Apollyon and VI) can be thought as a link between all three band’s. Apart from being an active musician, he served as the producer of the upcoming split. With the exception of drums, all instruments were recorded, mixed and mastered at his own BST Studios. Drums were recorded at Hybreed Studios and Studio Vallet, respectively.

The new material will see all three bands plunge into their creative potential and will shed some light on what to expect from them in the future. In the words of the band’s themselves:
“Being a part of this split along with Temple of Baal and The Order Of Apollyon was an opportunity for us to release a new single track. We thought we were done for a while with creating new music since the release of De Praestigiis Angelorum, but it appeared that we still had more to do. Expect something slightly different from what we’re known for. Expect something unique” (VI).
“Split releases have paved Temple Of Baal’s history through the years as special items in the band’s discography, done with special bands strictly chosen for their common views on Black and Death Metal as sacred works of Left Hand Path dedication. THE CASUALTIES have announced to be joining THE EXPLOITED on the second leg of their ‘The Real Punk Rock’, which already drew out large crowds last autumn. The New York punk veterans will hit the European roads for most of April and during the first days of May with more gigs expected to be revealed soon and some additional headlining shows.

Finnish Alternative Hard Rock Band ANCARA have released it’s fourth studio album “Garden Of Chains” via Concorde Music Company internationally on March 5rd 2017.
On November 2015 AncarA played the highest (unofficially) ever played electrical rock show on Mount Everest at altitude of 4600 metres. There was also created a documentary film “Rockin High” of that trip that has gathered lots of praises and have been shown at film festivals, movie theatres and on Finnish national television. AncarA also filmed a music video to a track “Ending Mode” on Mount Everest.
AncarA will celebrate the release of the album with a release show 8.3.2017 at rock club Tavastia, Helsinki.
With the earlier albums AncarA has been noted on top 10 on official Finnish record sales charts and on postion 2. on Finnish single charts.
“Garden Of Chains” has been recorded in Finland and at Hollywood, Los Angeles. As producers are Jimmy Westerlund and Erno Laitinen.
