Weesp / New single ‘Not Over’ out

Second track from upcoming LP album “Black Sails” coming out late March 2018

Accompanying video was filmed during 2017 on summer festivals and “Black Sails” tour which took place in Belarus, Ukraine, Poland and Germany. Link to video:

“Not Over” is about the endless struggle with darkness. With the darkness that lives inside each of us. And in the end it’s about accepting that darkness, coexisting with it, controlling it, making friends with it. That is what gives us strength not to get crazy in that world. That is what makes us black sails

Newest single by Weesp band: unexpected tunes and smashing sound

On February 16 rockers from Weesp band have released their new single “Not Over” that will be included in the upcoming “Black Sails” longplay album. The band is performing alternative post-metal, with clean vocals (not this time as we can see). Even though we’ve already got the taste of their new music with the band’s latest release “illumination”, ‘Not Over” turned out to be a real surprise for Weesp fans-sailors.

Not Over” is about the endless struggle with darkness. With the darkness that lives inside each of us. And in the end it’s about accepting that darkness, coexisting with it, controlling it, making friends with it. That is what gives us strength not to get crazy in that world. That is what makes us black sails.

According to the musicians, “Not Over” is one of the most heavy-sounding song from all their discography and guys are saying there’s more to come! Its focused and powerful sound adds new vibes to band’s music and makes you believe that nothing is over yet. Speaking about the album itself, “Black Sails” will be released in the end of February and, judging by the released singles, it’s going to be a new turn in Weesp music.

Not Over” single is available on iTunes and other music platforms. In addition, to the band also presented a new official music video that is now available on YouTube by this link: https://youtu.be/UqD6Gp5fCuA

Toxikull present first video off the upcoming album “The Nightraiser”

Portuguese speed metallers Toxikull have just released the video for the track “Nightraiser”, off the album with the same name. Featuring a dark and raw tone, inspired by videos from the 80’s filled with grain and contrast, it captures and illustrates the old-school and aggressive musical style the band plays.

BLEED FROM WITHIN – launch video for ”Afterlife“ taken from their upcoming album, “Era”

BLEED FROM WITHIN are excited to launch the 2nd video taken from their upcoming album, “Era”. Guitarist Craig Gowans directed the video himself for 12 Inch Media.

The band about the song and video: ‘Alive’ was the perfect first single for us to showcase our new material given its melodic edge. ‘Afterlife’ however, is an entirely different beast; the lyrics are darker and the groove is nasty.
The new album combines melody and aggression from song to song & it was important for us to show that with the first few tracks we released. We feel that this brutality is a great contrast to the harmony of ‘Alive’.
Our own Craig Gowans was in charge of directing/editing this video and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. A true monster of a song. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.”
