Astronomers Discover 7 Earth-Sized Planets Orbiting Nearby Star! The Sovereign Holy Kingdom Of AVATAR Country To Send A Manned Mission To The “New Land”.
AVATAR of Sweden have released a statement on the recent discovery of TRAPPIST-1, also designated as 2MASS J23062928-0502285. The band plans to visit the newly named solar system immediately. “The ‘New Land’ mission will focus primarily on finding life and sustainable living conditions,” says His Royal Majesty King Kungen. “Secondly we will look for harvestable resources such as various types of metal, lead, copper, zinc, thrash, death… that sort of thing. How do I turn this off? I’m thirsty! Where is my mead? And where are your pants? Wait, is this thing still recording?!”
As of today, it has been reported that the dwarf star has been shown to host seven terrestrial planets, a larger number than detected in any other planetary system. “The mission will be aired LIVE on AVATAR Country state television, KTV (Kungliga Television). Fresh and exciting modern metal act, Bleed Again from the south coast of the United Kingdom strike hard with their massive melodic metalcore that is comparable to the likes of American heavyweights, Killswitch Engage and Trivium in both musical style and memorable energetic live performances.
Bleed Again has dropped their video for ‘Decimate’, the second track is taken from their highly-anticipated debut album, ‘Momentum’. The album will be released through recently signed US label Sliptrick Records on May 1st.
The new video lyric video for ‘Decimate’ makes quite the impact with defiant lyrics such as “You won’t be able to brain wash us all, you won’t see us fall!” which is delivered with intense urgency. Bleed Again is in no shortage of infectiously catchy hooks and melodies, placed on top of punishing riffs, relentless drum work and ferocious vocals. The right factors that will have you headbanging and singing along!
Vocalist, James Dawson talks about the musical and lyrical inspirations of the song: “Decimate has definitely been influenced by my love for mainstream hardcore. We wanted to make a track that would have very little, or zero singing on it, a track that hits hard throughout. When we were writing this song, we knew straight away that it wasn’t like anything we had done before. We knew it would stick out on the album, but in a good way.”
“Lyrically this song has many different meanings. My first thoughts were that we take for granted what our past generations did for us in this country in WW1 and WW2. This grew into more political thinking in that I feel at times as if the government are constantly trying to scare us and control us into believing everything they say. Also, I was thinking at times that our past generations had a more simple life, even if it wasn’t a very wealthy one. I feel at times that if we are to repair what I believe are very deep cracks in our society’s, that we may have to destroy everything and start again. Rebuild.”

Mammothfest has already made two festival announcements this year for their main event taking place at The Arch in Brighton on 6-8th October, which included first headliners, Rotting Christ (UK exclusive), Tjusder, Meta-stasis, Lagerstein, OHHMS, Patrick Walker (40 Watt Sun) and more.
In this new latest announcement, Mammothfest reveals its second headliner will be Italian avant-garde symphonic extreme act,Fleshgod Apocalypse heading up the Death/Extreme metal main stage on Saturday the 7th October for their only other UK performance in the UK in 2017, along with a further 15 acts spread across various stages over the weekend!
Fleshgod Apocalypse will only be doing two UK shows this year, so asides from their performance in Scotland in April, Mammothfest will be the only event where you can catch the band in the UK in 2017!
As main support is the mysterious Dragged Into Sunlight whose live performances are a strange affair, as they play with their back to the audience. They will have to be seen to be believed!
Also appearing alongside these acts on the main stage is Thrash metal legends Lawnmower Deth who have been delivering their thrash punk crossover sound whilst having a blast since 1987! They have played many established festivals such as Download Festival, Bloodstock, Hammerfest and now it’s time to wow the crowds at Mammothfest!

Reggae Metal Fusion NINJASPY Announce New Album ‘Spüken’ + New Video ‘Speak’

NINJASPY, a trio of blood brothers have been experimenting with metal fusion since 2006. Hard, heavy, hook-laden music that runs the gamut of reggae, surf, metal and more make up the band’s rule-breaking formula for notoriety. All this combined with an explosive and powerfully unhinged live show got NINJASPY off the ground in a hurry. Releasing their 2007 debut ‘Pi Nature’ and their 2013 EP ‘No Kata’ with a graphic novel, the band of brothers have teamed up once again with prolific producers GGGarth Richardson (Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Mudvayne, Gallows) and Ben Kaplan (Biffy Clyro, Atreyu, Haste the Day) for their next full length ‘Spüken’ due out April 14, 2017.
Years in the making since spring 2014 when NINJASPY launched the “Jump Ya Bones” and crowd funding Campaign, the band was able to raise $15,000 to fund the new full length. They began recording in November 2014, taking their culmination of nearly a decade of songs and narrowing them down to an epic 10 track experience to demonstrate all their downbeats to breakdowns to their weaving of reggae, hardcore, metal and much more.
“These 10 songs span a decade, so there are a lot of different feels happening from song to song that represent what we got into over the years. It’s like we spent 10 years swallowing everything life threw at us, then we threw it all back up again, and are now able to listen to the blended, half-digested version of it.” says vocalist / guitarist Joel Parent.
‘Spüken’ was recorded and mixed sporadically over the next two years at in Vancouver BC and in the spring of 2016 between recording sessions, the band teased fans with a filmed and recorded live acoustic performance of their track ‘Azaria’, a song that is included with full metal instrumentation on the new genre-bending album. It showed the true diversity of the band and their ability to take manic and intense music and make it tender and raw.
