Chicago based Rock Band AERACO has released the Official Music Video for the title track, “Baptized By Fire,” from their 6/30/2017 scheduled album. Releasing via Dark Star Records in association with MVD and Sony Music Entertainment, Baptized By Fire was produced by Aeraco, recorded and mixed by Bruce “Beast” Smith and mastered by Grammy award winning engineer Brian “BigBass” Gardner.

Turkish black metallers ZIFIR have signed with norwegian label Duplicate Records and announced that their third full-length, “Kingdom Of Nothigness”, will be released in late spring / early summer of 2017, both in CD and LP format. Artwork was created by russian artist Vergvoktre.
ZIFIR have existed for more than a decade in the far confines of the underground, releasing two full-lengths and one split album with Cult Of Erinyes. Now, with their third album ready to be unleashed via Duplicate Records, the turkish two-piece have crafted a unique piece of darkness.
Skillfully blending eastern and scandinavian influences into their very own sound, ZIFIR evoke haunting imagery within the listeners mind. Having carefully honed their craftmanship over the years, they have effortlessly created an album that is diverse without losing its sense of direction.
The occasional sacral chanting adds a unique flavour whilst the organic production lends the album a timeless quality.
As opposed to the standard «hail Satan» perspective, lyrically “Kingdom Of Nothingness” is a condemnation of all manmade religion, seen from a turkish view. Several songs, like album highlight “769”, deal with actual events, or rather horrors that took place in the name of religion.
With “Kingdom Of Nothingness”, ZIFIR deliver one of the truly stand-out black metal releases of 2017. The beast has awoken.
About three years and a half after their very well-recevied debut EP ‘Timeless’, French cinematographic postrockeurs SYNOPSYS announced the upcoming release of their long-awaited debut full-length record expected for a physical / digital release on May.

The release date of the VATICAN album „March Of The Kings“ on limited vinyl edition is May 19th, 2017. The pre-order phase will start on may 5th, 2017 in our webshop. The Album will release in a limited Edition of 300 black copies and insert on vinyl.
VATICAN from the Cleveland, Ohio Area can be considered as what is widely called a “US Metal Cult Band“.
Between 1986 and 1990 only four demos had been released along with a compilation album in 2014 which nowadays are masterpieces for aficionados. Since 2011 the band is active again, and have been playing concerts throughout the Midwest and East coast of America.
Now for the first time, the long awaited full studio album of new material entitled „March Of The Kings“ is finished. Classical US Power/Heavy Metal with pounding double bass, poisonous sharp high pitched vocals and soaring guitar solos and a nice portion „old school metal style“; fanciers will love it.
10 songs of finest, exquisite and pure „American Metal“ straight out of the rust belt of Ohio.

SAINT VITUS have announced more dates for their string of European shows this spring. The godfathers of American doom metal will be supported by Norwegian brothers in spirit, TOMBSTONES and will kick off their tour at both the Desertfest editions in Germany’s capital Berlin on the 28th and in London, UK on the 30th of April. The final curtain will fall at the Pokalen in Oslo, Norway on May 13th, but SAINT VITUS will return for a performance at the French Fall of Summer Festival in Torcy (close to Disneyland Paris) on the 8th of September.

Krysthla have revealed ‘The Minor Mystery Of Death’, the third single and official music video from their new album ‘Peace In Our Time’ which is released this Friday, 7th April.
Guitarist Neil Hudson says of the track: “The Minor Mystery Of Death is about embracing the end. Death is an absolute certainty and we’re living lives that seem like they’re going to last forever until it’s too late and your mortality is thrust into your hands. “We’re very precious towards our lives but don’t actually live them.”
Peace In Our Time was influenced by Krysthla’s 2016 European tour with Decapitated – with Hudson revealing that one experience on the road will live with him forever:
“On the Greek border, I saw a refugee girl stood on the other side of the motorway while we were parked up getting fuel. She saw us looking over at the thousands of grubby tents cooking the inhabitants in the scorching heat and fixed her eyes on me for a few seconds. “I gave her a nod. She jumped over the barrier and ran over the motorway to the garage, dodging traffic on her way. She walked over, looked me straight in the eye, said something in Syrian and gave me a highfive and hugged my leg. “I left a bit of me behind that day. We sobbed in the van as we left. It was utterly heart breaking to hear the hum of bodies murmuring in the boiling sun.” Hudson adds: “The album is influenced heavily, and almost solely by the fact I am a father. With so much unrest and violence in the world, it’s easy to turn your back and pretend none of it has an impact on your life. “Or somehow because it’s a long way from home it’s someone else’s problem. War does not sleep. War does not stop. It doesn’t choose who dies and who lives. But the people who light the fire and fan the flames do.”
The new album ‘Peace In Our Time’ is released 7th April via PHD.
