THE PRODIGY, THE CULT, DETHKLOK AND MORE JOIN COPENHELL 2025

COPENHELL adds THE PRODIGY, THE CULT, DETHKLOK, MYLES KENNEDY,  CABAL, LAST TRAIN and TERRORPY to the 2025 festival poster.

COPENHELL is getting ready for Christmas with the addition of seven new bands for next year’s festival – with THE PRODIGY as our Thursday headliner. Read more about them below.

Unstoppable THE PRODIGY will hit European festival stages in 2025 and visit COPENHELL on their tour. The loss of their charismatic front man Keith Flint in 2019 did in no way stop the band, which chose to celebrate him by continuing at full speed. Their explosive live shows and wild music is best described as a fusion between hardcore electronica and punk-rock, full of rave energy, and this group has always played as if they had their backs against the wall. Their trademark ferocity and intensity is very much alive today, and they are busy recording the follow-up to their acclaimed 2018 release ‘No Tourists’. The COPENHELL audience can look forward to an impressive song catalogue with a string of certified bangers and an absolutely otherworldly party when the brave Brits visit the festival for the very first time.

One of the most iconic rock bands ever will pay COPENHELL a visit in 2025 when the British group THE CULT arrives. All the way back in the eighties, this band became famous for their very own brand of psychedelic hard rock with gothic undertones that have inspired countless other bands and music lovers through the years, and they have left an indelible mark on the global rock scene. Their classic and timeless rock music is fueled by raw energy, passion and legendary guitar riffs, and it has transcended decades. We encourage all rock fans to experience this rock’n’roll revolution, no matter whether they are old fans or new listeners!

DETHKLOK originally appeared as a fictional metal band in the cult TV show ’Metalocalypse’, but they would turn out to become much more than just an animated one-shot. Since then, the group has proven that their machine gun drums, guttural vocals, bone-crushing riffs and insane face-melting guitar solos is a great metal experience on the real stages, where the band’s very special cocktail of heavy technical metal and pitch-black humour is enormously popular with their audience. The metalocalypse is upon us – are you ready?!

MYLES KENNEDY released a new solo album, ’The Art of Letting Go’, in the fall of 2024 while also announcing a new tour with the band members Zia Uddin on drums and Tim Tournier on bass. The popular singer has one of the modern rock generation’s greatest voices and is known for his grandiose and deeply personal songs – and not least his supreme guitar skills. The COPENHELL audience can look forward to seeing him back at the festival in 2025!

The Danish band CABAL plays brutal blackened deathcore – a hard wall of sound that crushes both your soul and body with explosive aggression and artistic depth. Ever since their successful 2020 debut, ’Mark of Rot’, they have busied themselves with expanding limits of extreme metal with new and interesting elements. They tore COPENHELL’s Hades stage to shreds two years ago, and they will return in 2025 to kick even more ass with their thunderous doomsday metal.

The alternative ’90s rock scene is alive and well in LAST TRAIN’s intense rock, which hits a great underground note with drone guitar and screamed vocals. The band made waves with their 2024 album ’Original Motion Picture Soundtrack’ for a fictional movie, which drew upon inspiration from their earlier songs and developed many of them into new music. We look forward to welcoming the French phenomenon at COPENHELL!

The Danish death metal scene has turned into a great beast that keeps creating new monsters. TERRORPY delves in the more bloody and macabre end of the genre, and after their strong debut ‘Stuffing Puke into the Sockets’, they followed up with the just as powerful 2024 release ‘The Bisection Collection’. Their music is dirty and repulsive as hell, and everything feels like raw punishment – but it is also a refined craft that has impressed both critics and audiences again and again.
