The brightest torchbearer of Italian metal exports, the gothic metal band Lacuna Coil is back with new music. The band based in Century Media broke the silence that lasted since the release of the Comalies XX remix album today.

Lacuna Coil fans are treated to a treat today in the form of the Never Dawn single, which showcases the band’s signature sound accompanied by chilling melodies and the mesmerizing vocal harmonies of Cristina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro. The song digs into the depths of the human mind to explore perseverance, inner strength and the eternal battle between light and darkness.

“We first introduced this new song as an instrumental version in the trailer for the Zombicide: White Death game, and then live at our sold-out show in Los Angeles. It’s really great to be able to release the full version of this song.

Never Dawn is a furious story of survival through a frozen and grotesque land, where inner strength is the most important weapon. We encourage listeners to light a flame in their hearts and enjoy the new song to the fullest!”, Cristina Scabbia says.

With the new song, Lacuna Coil also started a collaboration with the CMON company under the Kickstarter campaign .

On the gig front, the band has also stayed busy, and the going continues at the same pace. The band, which wrapped its Yankee tour in May, will next head to the European festival grounds. Unfortunately, the band will not be seen in Finland this summer.
