– physical (CD): http://shop.loudragemusic.com/-pre-order-descend-into-despair-synaptic-veil

The band’s second effort features 5 long tracks with a total duration of over 55 minutes of introspective haze:

1. Damnatio Memoriae
2. Alone With My Thoughts
3. Demise
4. Silence In Sable Acrotism
5. Tomorrow

The original cover artwork for Synaptic Veil is signed by talented local artist Maria Elisabeta Cucu.

Here’s what the band had to say about their latest effort, Synaptic Veil: “our latest effort to date, is also our most articulate endeavour so far. The veil here is ambiguous and double-sided: “objective” reality imposes a layer of limitations onto our mental landscape; but our inner, “subjective” reality lays a veil of concepts on top of the physical reality as a coping mechanism.”

RAMMSTEIN

SIGNING EVENT IN CENTRAL LONDON, WEDNESDAY, MAY 24th

German legends visit the capital to greet fans and sign copies of audio / visual extravaganza, ‘Rammstein: Paris’, out this week via Spinefarm Records in the UK.

Rammstein will mark the launch of ‘Rammstein: Paris’ with a visit to London to meet fans and sign copies of this long-awaited concert film, first shown theatrically and now available as a multi-format, lavishly-packaged release via Spinefarm Records.

This rare event – only the second time Rammstein have undertaken a signing session of this type in the UK – will take place at the historic Café De Paris in London’s West End…

Café de Paris

3 Coventry St.

London

W1D 6BL

Signing times:

6:00pm – 8:00pm

Closest tube stations:

Piccadilly Circus / Leicester Square

Fans will be able to queue outside the venue from 5pm on the 24th, and wrist-bands will be distributed to ensure entry.

In March 2012, during the ‘Made in Germany’ tour, Swedish director Jonas Åkerlund shot two acclaimed Rammstein concerts at the Palais Omnisportsarena in Paris in front of 17,000 rabid fans. Featuring 22 songs (128 mins) from the band’s entire repertoire, the resulting film is not only the most spectacular collection of imagery about the most successful German rock band of our time, but also a masterpiece of music cinema, capturing Rammstein‘s energy as a unique visual and sonic experience.

Simply, ‘Rammstein: Paris’ – available on DVD, Blu-ray, CD, LP & DL – is one of the best rock concert films of all time. Absolument.
