Graspop Metal Meeting was buzzing with activity because the festival grounds in Dessel was once again filled to capacity. Every day, 55,000 metalheads convened to enjoy the sunshine and a generous selection of the best that the metal spectrum has to offer. The reunion with household names such as Judas Priest, Powerwolf, Behemoth and Korn was a joyful one but at the same time Graspop honoured its tradition of showcasing fresh talent. Rise of the Northstar, Falling in Reverse, House of Protection and Yellowcard were just a few of the bands to chalk up their first Graspop Metal Meeting appearance this year.
This final batch of 16 names finally rounds out the #GMM25 line-up! Polish blackened death metal icons Behemoth will close out the North Stage on Friday 20 June with an exclusive Benelux festival show. We also welcome the Brits of Bullet for My Valentine, our very own post-metal pride Brutus and genre-blending pop metal princess Poppy to the 28th edition of Graspop Metal Meeting!
Even after the announcement of Judas Priest and Nine Inch Nails, we keep charging full steam ahead with 28 new names for the line-up of #GMM25. Pirate metal heroes Alestorm, cartoon death metallers Dethklok and progressive metal masters Opeth are just a few of the artists that are coming to Dessel next June.

You’ve got another thing coming! On Sunday 22 June British heavy metal legends Judas Priest will headline our South stage. With over half a century of heavy metal history and countless classics, the quintet helmed by Rob Halford will conclude a weekend of boundless metal mania on a high note.
With as many as five headliners already announced, GMM are now fleshing out the line-up with another 88 acts for the upcoming 28th edition of Graspop Metal Meeting. Amenra, Dream Theater, Falling In Reverse, King Diamond, Lorna Shore, Savatage and Spiritbox are among the more than 130 bands who will give it their all on the hallowed grounds of Graspop Metal Meeting from Thursday 19 through Sunday 22 June 2025.

So far we’ve confirmed four banging headliners for #GMM25 with Iron Maiden, Slipknot, Korn and Till Lindemann… time to drop a fifth! On Thursday 19 June 2025 Iron Maiden will be joined by co-headliners Powerwolf! Last summer the German power metallers released their 10th studio album ‘Wake up the Wicked’ and they will round off the North Stage roster. Immerse yourself in the gospel of the wolf in a high mass presided by the inimitable voice of Attila Dorn and his faithful wolf pack.
