Tarja Announces Second Vol. Of Live Series “Rocking Heels: Live at Hellfest” + Drops Video For Cover Of Muse’s “Supremacy”


Tarja is set to release the second volume of her live series, Rocking Heels: Live at Hellfest on December 6 via earMUSIC. This release follows the successful Rocking Heels: Live at Metal Church, which came out in August 2023.

On June 19, 2016, Tarja delivered a captivating performance at Hellfest, one of Europe’s largest and most prestigious metal festivals held in Clisson, France. Her powerful blend of operatic vocals and heavy metal instrumentation enthralled the audience, making her performance one of the festival’s highlights. The setlist featured a carefully curated mix of her solo work and iconic Nightwish songs. Opening with “No Bitter End” from her 2016 album, The Shadow Self, Tarja set the tone for an evening of intensity and emotion. Her dynamic stage presence and dramatic musical arrangements created an unforgettable experience, solidifying her status as one of metal’s greatest female singers.

BLIND CHANNEL release their infamous boyband cover ‘Everybody (Bloodbros Back)’. After releasing their latest album Exit Emotions in March 2024, the chart-topping Finnish nu-metal stars are finally unleashing their legendary cover ‘Everybody (Bloodbros Back) of Backstreet Boys’ 1997 hit single ‘Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)’. Goth Rock Icons THE 69 EYES Release Their Smoking Hot Cover Of RAMMSTEIN’S “FEUER FREI!”


Goth rock all-stars, The 69 Eyes, are setting the scene alight with another high-profile hit, hot on the heels of their gothabilly transformation of The Cramps’ “Aloha From Hell.” Their latest release comes just in time to bring the summer heat, as they roar to the forefront with a fiery rendition of Rammstein’s explosive hit, “Feuer Frei!” This scorching track was originally released as the fifth single from the German industrial giants’ third album, Mutter, which debuted on April 2nd, 2001, and has since sold nearly 1.7 million records worldwide. On August 9th, 2002, “Feuer Frei!” made its film debut in the Rob Cohen action feature, xXx, starring Vin Diesel, and can be heard in its near entirety at the beginning of the film, which takes place at a Rammstein concert.
