Following two warming-up show earlier this year, HIEROPHANT will be kicking off their full string of Italian dates at the Paniere Il Circolo in Crema tonight in support of their latest release ‘Mass Grave’. The Italians will continue on to ravage their home country with one strike across the border towards Fribourg, Switzerland at the Nouveau Monde on the 12th of February.

HIEROPHANT commented: “We are very stoked to hit the road again. We are starting with a run of Italian shows and another in the UK will follow right after that. We can be nothing but grateful for all the support we got lately. Mark your date in the calendar and see you in the grave!”

Benighted Kick Off their

BENIGHTED will kick off their massive French tour at L’Ampérage in Grenoble tonight in support of their forthcoming album ‘Necrobreed’. The brutal death extremists will continue to wreck havoc in their native homeland throughout February and March with a final show at the MJC in Limours on April 1st.

FOSCOR hail from Catalonia, which is still yet largely unwilling part of modern Spain. With Barcelona as its capital this region has a long artistic tradition with the fin de siècle style of Modernisme a parallel development to Art Nouveau and Jugendstil among others forming one of its major achievements. Catalonia has also left its mark in the extreme music scene of Spain. FOSCOR have already finished recording their forthcoming fifth full-length, which will be released in the course of 2017. Australian progressive metal visionaries NE OBLIVISCARIS have announced the re-release of their long sold out EPs ‘Sarabande to Nihil’ and ‘Hiraeth’ for subscribers to their Patreon campaign.

The out of print EPs feature re-recorded tracks from the band’s early years and the ‘Portal of I’ era which was initially sold out in 2014 and have been out of print ever since. There are no plans to release these in any other format, so participating in this pledge drive is the only chance to hear these very special recordings.

As part of their campaign, NE OBLIVISCARIS are aiming to become the first band to crowdfund a full-time wage and have announced a membership drive that will run until the end of February with the aim to hit their target. Regarding the campaign, the band comments, “Should you want to take part, you can change your pledge up & down month to month as your personal finances permit. All we are asking is that if you love our music, get involved, pledge via Patreon, get loads of stuff from us in return and help us make our dream of doing this band for a living a reality!”
