LAMB OF GOD to Support SLAYER on 2017 Summer Tour, Also Featuring BEHEMOTH

WINDSWEPT is the latest musical brainchild of Roman Sayenko. The DRUDKH mastermind is known to separate ideas that stylistically diverge from his main creative outlet into different projects such as OLD SILVER KEY, PRECAMBRIAN and RATTENFÄNGER among others.
WINDSWEPT remains relatively close to DRUDKH in comparison to other outlets of Sayenko’s inspiration as it stays within the classic expression of Ukrainian black metal. Yet ‘The Great Cold Steppe’ is deliberately kept harsh and raw, which reflects the album’s theme that was inspired by the hostile and fierce Eastern steppes during winter time.
‘The Great Cold Steppe’ was written and recorded in only three days without rehearsals and based on improvisation with instruments and vocals creating the feeling and grit of a live performance.
Better turn on the heating before listening as WINDSWEPT come in hard and merciless like a blizzard from ‘The Great Cold Steppe’.
Please note that WINDSWEPT do not give interviews, will not perform live, and do not provide pictures.

NEW ALBUM SET FOR RELEASE ON 14 APRIL VIA CANDLELIGHT / SPINEFARM RECORDS

Rome-based metal band Shores Of Null have announced their second album, ‘Black Drapes For Tomorrow’, which will be released via Candlelight / Spinefarm Records on April 14th, 2017.
Following their highly acclaimed debut “Quiescence”, the gloom maestros are back with an album full of wistful-yet-powerful riffs, blackened aggression and epic melancholy-ridden vocals.
Produced by Marco Mastrobuono at Kick Recording Studio (Fleshgod Apocalypse, Hour Of Penance), ‘Black Drapes For Tomorrow’ is a profoundly dark outing both musically and lyrically, forging a seamless and overflowing blend of genres into a boiling pot of multi-layered sounds.
Tracklisting:
An intense live schedule in support of this release sees them embarking upon a European tour with Harakiri For The Sky and Sylvaine; they are also set to make several Italian appearances opening for Candlemass, with more shows still to be announced.
The album title leaves no room for misinterpretation; Shores Of Null are back with a burden of gloom and darkness.

MOTöRHEAD’S LEGENDARY ‘BOMBER’ FLIES ONCE MORE IN MEMORY OF A FALLEN FRIEND & AN ALL-TIME ICON…
AIRBOURNE have revealed a rip-roaring video for ‘It’s All For Rock N’ Roll’, the climactic track on their current studio album, ‘Breakin’ Outta Hell’ – their first for Spinefarm Records.
‘It’s All For Rock N’ Roll’ was written about Lemmy, a man the band looked up to, befriended and loved, having shared stages with Motörhead on numerous occasions over their decade-plus career, both in Europe and Australia; when they needed someone to drive a large truck (recklessly, of course) in their ‘Runnin’ Wild’ video (2007), Lemmy was the first name on the list, and he duly obliged with a memorable, authority-baitin’ cameo.
Motörhead’s famous ‘bomber’ lighting rig, a noted part of ’Head history since the late ’70s, was enthusiastically lent to Airbourne by the Motörhead camp, adding real emotional weight to both the ‘It’s All For Rock N’ Roll’ clip and the song itself – an anthemic number recorded to honour one of rock’s most revered and influential figures, and also to celebrate the hard rock genre as a whole, the loyalty and the legacy…
Says Airbourne frontman Joel O’ Keeffe:-
“When Motörhead played, Lemmy was there for the fans and the fans were there for him. It didn’t matter what was happening in the world at that point, because Motörhead was onstage; the crew had everything dialled in, and the crowd were there and lovin’ it – all for rock ‘n’ roll…
“Whenever we were on tour, we looked forward to seeing the festival posters with the big Motörhead logo on there, and now there’s just a big black hole. ‘We are Motörhead, and we play rock ‘n’ roll’, we were so used to hearing that, and when it’s not there anymore, it hits you hard…
“Lemmy meant so much to us, and so much to rock ‘n’ roll itself…”

Airbourne will play at the Download Festival this June, taking to the main stage for the first time, with a headline appearance at the Hard Rock Hell Festival in Wales to follow in November.
‘Breakin’ Outta Hell’ – Airbourne’s latest / fourth studio album, released last September – saw the band achieving their highest ever week-one chart positions worldwide, entering the German charts at No. 3 and the UK charts at No. 9.
